This modern and bright ski-in/ski-out studio in Canyons Village will exceed your expectations for a vacation getaway. The home boasts an unbeatable location in the heart of Canyons Village placing you a short walk from the Red Pine gondola and minutes away from the FREE shuttle line. Inside the studio, you will find a space that features a modern and efficient design with everything you need and more for a memorable mountain getaway. The studio includes ample storage space and room for up to 4 to stay comfortably with twin bunk beds and a queen Murphy bed in the living room.



When you enter the studio a bright and open space greets you. The home is the perfect combination of modern luxury meets comfort with ample storage space and a Scandinavian design. In the entryway, you will find a large built-in storage closet with additional shelving to store all your personal belongings. Off the entryway is the full bathroom of the home. This modern space features a spacious free-standing shower with glass shower doors and a single-sink vanity with storage space underneath for towels. Enjoy the added luxury of the heated towel rack to turn your shower into a spa experience with warm towels waiting for you.



Further into the studio, you will come to the open room, a dynamic space that features the kitchen, dining area, living room, bedroom, and even a workspace. You will first come to the kitchen, a fully stocked space with a fridge, double burner stove, Nespresso, toaster oven, and a variety of basic cookware. For those times you decide to stay in and cook instead of enjoying the many dining options of Canyons Village this studio’s kitchen will have everything you need to prepare a tasty meal all in a beautiful space. Adjacent to the kitchen is a built-in desk that can be used as the eating area or workspace.



Head further into the room and take in the cozy living space that features a comfortable oversized Italian couch perfect for snuggling up on as you enjoy a movie on the 55” TV. This bright space includes a large mirror, a coffee table, and built-in shelving for additional storage space. From the living room open the large sliding glass patio door and enjoy the step-out balcony where you can take in views over the Canyons Resort base area.



When you are ready to call it a night transition this space into a peaceful bedroom by setting up the Italian Murphy bed down over the couch. This space is designed to be efficient so no need to move any furniture, just pull down the bed and enjoy a restful night on the luxury Helix mattress and cozy bedding. If your group has kids or just need additional sleeping space this studio is ready to accommodate! Just pull down the twin bunk beds found above the desk/eating area, a great example of the smart design this home features.

A ten-minute walk from the home will take you to the Red Pine Gondola providing easy ski-in/ski-out access. Just a two-minute walk from the home you bring you to Canyon Village, a European-style village where you will find a lively area filled with myriad shopping, dining, grocery stores, and entertainment options. Enjoy easy access to some of the best slopes in Park City with a two-minute walk to the base camp area of Canyons Ski Resort which is now connected to Park City Mountain via a gondola allowing ski access to both mountains on the same lift ticket! Even more options await with just several lifts less than a ten-minute walk away such as Cabriolet Ski Lift or Orange Bubble Express Lift. The surrounding area is full of endless opportunities for adventure with Snyderville Basin Recreation Center and the Utah Olympic Park both a 10-minute drive away, Old Town and historic Main Street districts less than a 15-minute drive away, and Deer Valley Resort 15 minutes away. Getting Around:

This ski-in/ski-out studio is a short walk to the FREE shuttle line, providing easy access to the ski resort, downtown Park City, and more. To catch the shuttle, head to the courtyard on level 2 and walk across the street, just minutes from your door. You can also walk to the Red Pine Gondola for excellent ski-in/ski-out access. Multiple buses on Canyon Resort Drive connect you to the FREE Park City Transit Bus system, covering the entire area. Explore historic Park City with the FREE Main Street Trolley, an iconic way to explore the downtown area. With all the free shuttle options available you likely won’t need other transportation options, but Uber and Lyft are also readily available for your convenience.
