This BRAND NEW (2018 ski season) luxury condominium offers SKI-IN/SKI-OUT access via the Silver Strike Express chairlift to the world-renowned Deer Valley resort, a venue for the 2002 Winter Olympics and Ski Magazine's top-ranked ski resort in North America. Access is via the Silver Buck ski run, which is rated a beginner (green) trail, so any skiing ability will get you home!

One Empire Pass is considered one of Deer Valley's most luxurious and best-appointed private luxury condominium residences. Construction finished in 2018, and our condo is regarded as one of the building's most nicely appointed and tech-rich condos. Our condo is 1,250 square feet and includes two bedrooms both with ensuite full baths.

The appointments in the bedroom suites:

Master bedroom -- King size bed with a pillow-top mattress. Ensuite full bathroom with oversized glass-enclosed shower, soaking tub, Drybar Buttercup professional ionic blow dryer, backlit makeup mirror, and heated floor. Flat-screen smart TV with streaming and Hulu live TV. Amazon Echo Show, huge walk-in closet, gas fireplace, and automated privacy and room-darkening shades

Second Bedroom -- One king-size with pillow-top mattresses. As well, 2 twin bunk beds. Ensuite full bathroom and Drybar Buttercup professional ionic blow dryer. Flat-screen smart TV with streaming and Hulu live TV. Amazon Echo Show, and automated privacy and room-darkening shades

Also, there is a pull-out sofa (queen size with dense memory foam mattress) in the living room that sleeps 2.

SUSTAINABILTY INITIATIVES
We care deeply about the environment. We want to do our part to lessen our environmental impact and make it easy for our guests to do so as well. Our current Sustainability Initiatives include:

Electricity from renewable sources
* Our electric power is from wind and solar through the Rocky Mountain Power Blue Sky energy program.

Reduced plastic usage
* All shampoo, conditioner, etc. is great luxury product dispensed from larger, refillable bottles. No more tiny plastic amenity bottles.
* To decrease plastic water bottle waste, cold filtered water is built into all refrigerators or a filtered water pitcher is provided.

Shared transportation
* Our Empire Pass properties (One Empire Pass and Argent) have a free, shared, on-demand shuttle.
* All locations have easy and close access to the free Park City bus.

Trash & Recycling
* All trash and recycling containers in the kitchen are clearly labeled with what can be recycled.

* >> Please note<< Due to unpredictable weather conditions, ski-in/ski-out access cannot always be guaranteed during the early or late parts of the season. However, there are still convenient and easy ways to access the slopes during these times. To account for this, our start and end-of-season rates are lower and reflect the potential unpredictability of direct ski-in/ski-out access. Also, please be aware that AprĂšs-ski amenities may not be available during the season's first or last two weeks.

Amazing Condo! Everything about this condo was perfect for our ski vacation. The condo had great amenities, perfect location, and a fun game room. Over the years, we've stayed in many different accommodations in Park City/Deer Valley (hotels, resorts, vaca rentals, etc), never repeating a stay. This condo is by far the best place we have experienced. Steve is an amazing host - he's responsive, thorough, and so friendly and professional. The condo itself is beyond phenomenal - it is hands-down the best-stocked vacation rental I've ever booked in the world.Steve has considered everything: the most thoughtful amenities for an all-inclusive stay; incredibly well-stocked kitchen, bath and laundry rooms; and the most convenient ski-in/ski-out facilities in the building with super capable, friendly ski valets; the coffee/hot chocolate service!; and the ski lift literally 100 boot steps away!From the extensive online guide book shared before your arrival, to the reliable recommendations given (specifically, the ski rental and airport transfer referrals), my family and I were simply blown away. We will definitely be back for many future stays and can't wait to return to this very special condo in Empire Pass.

Top of the line, ski in ski out

Everything in the condo from the furniture to the dishware was top of the line. Ultra conveniece at its best from the The parking garage and the hot tub was just steps outside the door. But one of our favorite parts was the ski locker and service. Having our skis stored and ready to go by the staff and extra stuff we needed just steps off the slope was perfect. We will definatly be back next year.

Great Property

Overall we had an unbelievable experience to Deer Valley and One Empire Pass. Arrived early on day 1 and the guys in the ski shop were great. Got us all of our equipment dialed in and we were off to the slopes, which is right out side the door!. Condo was exactly what we were looking for. Empire Pass transportation was also better than anticipated. Very short wait times and very happy we didn't get a rental and used the owners recommendation on transportation from SLC. Also took owners recommendation on Ski instructor which worked out great. Only negatives were that the upper spa's bubbles only worked 1 out of 4 days.The balcony needed to be picked up from previous guests. The inside of condo was perfect and very high end. Only maintenance that needs to be looked at is the dishwasher needs to be secured and plumbing in guest room.The toilet bubbles when the shower is running. We will be back!

Great Empire Pass Condo

This is a beautiful condo with excellent views. The condo is extremely well equipped, with everything needed for an enjoyable stay. The furnishings and beds were very nice and comfortable. The owner was very good to deal with and everything went well, without any problems. I would highly recommend this condo.

The location is perfect! The condo is updated and so well stocked. Steve was in communication with us throughout and we loved the ski locker area too!
