The living room features a pull-out couch, a 50” Smart TV with cable, and a gas fireplace that ignites with the flick of a switch—ideal for cozy nights in. The adjacent, fully equipped kitchen has updated appliances, a drip coffee maker, and ample counter space, plus a kitchen island with seating for 2. The dining area seats 6 comfortably at a bench-style table, perfect for group meals. A private hot tub is available to wind down after your daily activities. A ski rack in the garage also makes it easy to stow your gear after a day on the slopes.

With 3 comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with a flat-screen TV, the home is well-suited for restful nights after days of adventure. The entire upper level is dedicated to the master suite, which features a king bed, a dedicated workspace, a closet, and an en-suite bathroom complete with a jetted soaking tub, shower, and double-sink vanity. On the ground floor, 2 guest bedrooms provide privacy and comfort. One room includes a queen bed, while the other offers a twin-over-queen bunk bed—both rooms have 25” TVs and share a full bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo. For added convenience, a half bath is located near the kitchen on the main floor.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home and parking for 1 vehicle in the garage. Please be aware that the clearance for the parking garage is 6'11".

Where is the hot tub

The location and such are nice. But the place feels neglected. The master bedroom has no door and was not private at all. The owner notified me slightly before arrival and claimed that the hot tub just broke. I looked inside....it broke like a year ago. It has parts and had cabinet doors floating in there. Old ratty wiring. As we know....it would have been nice to have a hot tub after skiing. They were not honest about the hot tub. They knew it was broken long before this.

Great ski house, walking distance to everything.

Super easy to work with the property owner and a very nicely appointed spacious house close to downtown Park City. Perfect if you plan to ski Park City or Deer Valley then walk into town for dinner. Very clean and would rent again.

Great Location Very Close to Main Street!

Location was great with a staircase across the street to access all of the restaurants/bars on Main Street. Town chairlift a few blocks down but still very walkable. House worked perfect for 3 couples. Not the best view (faces city hall building) but accurately represented in listing photos. Issue with hot tub upon arrival however the management company was prompt to respond and handle the situation. All necessities (towels, linens, shampoo, detergent, trash bags, etc) were provided! Fireplace was great and easy to use. Would stay here again!
