This was an interesting condo unit. The location is a 10, for access to the Deer Valley ski lifts. The views from the large windows is nice and attractive and lots to take in. The hot tub on the deck worked well. The fireplace was easy to use and turned on quickly. The full kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking tools. The unit appears to be 20-25 years old and some elements appear to be 1-2 years old, and some original. Some of the windows are sealed shut (not intentionally, just from age and warping). The door frames and baseboards are littered with dents/marks/stains. Multiple walls/corners peeling paint. I was rather shocked to see the price of this place, compared to others right at the slopes, it was a lower price than I expected, based on the pictures. But once inside, seeing that much of it is dated and worn out, the price made more sense. So you won't get an amazing deal for an amazing unit, you'll get a fair price for a well worn unit right at the slopes, that should still meet you families needs.
