Right in the Heart of Park City

Location, location location! We're renting a beautiful 3 bedroom condo, only 1 block from the Park City Mountain Resort main base area. Can't beat this great Park Ave location! - The nearby resort area gives you world-class skiing in the winter and miles of hiking trails, and lift-accessed biking in the summer. Plus, it's steps from a bus stop. The free bus ride drops you off quickly at the any of the 3 area ski resort base areas, golf course, town swimming pool, shopping center...

After a busy day, walk (or hop on the free bus!) downtown for shopping, restaurants, and bars. Or make it a quiet night - walk to the grocery store and cook in the well-equipped kitchen. Either way, it's easy to skip a rental car and save $$.

The master bedroom has an attached bath & queen bed, plus a door to the balcony. 2nd bedroom also has a queen bed and feeds into a bathroom. Put the kids in the third bedroom, which has 2 twin beds.

Two bedrooms are equipped with cable TV & DVD players for dedicated lazy time (or for people who can't agree on a movie!) The bunk room has has TV and DVD.

The kitchen is has all the kitchen gear you need - if your food doesn't taste good, it's not my fault! 5-burner gas stove and dishwasher hopefully make your job easier.

WiFi throughout the apartment lets you keep in touch & check snow reports. Washer/dryer in unit for your convenience. Shared hot tub in building.

Great place with Easy Access to the Slopes

John's place was very comfortable to stay at. We especially liked the 5 minute walk to Payday chair. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. There was some confusion regarding amenities, specifically the hot tub. During the check in process we were not provided with the code to access the shared hot tub. I did message John to provide it but received no response. I ended up contacting itrip and they were able to provide it separately. It would have helped to know that coordination should have been through itrip instead of the host directly.

Great spot for a short ski trip. Walk a block up to all of the lifts at main lodge. Super close to grocery stores and walkable to downtown. Clean and great service!

Great place and location

Our stay had its highlights, but the check-in process was extremely stressful. We were given incorrect instructions to email someone who would meet us at the property. While in transit from the airport, we found out that the person we had emailed was no longer an employee, leaving us with no idea how to check in. After multiple calls, we finally reached someone at iTrip, who provided a different address (2 buildings next door to each other and new check-in instructions. However, when we arrived, the instructions were unclear, and the actual address was indeed what was originally provided. To add to the confusion, the WiFi password provided was incorrect.That said, the location was great—just a manageable walk to the Payday and Crescent lifts, though the uphill climb was quite steep. It was also a 15-minute walk to downtown and the grocery store. The space was well-equipped for cooking, which was a plus.The host was very nice and easygoing, which we appreciated. However, iTrip’s management left much to be desired. We started with a very limited supply of toilet paper, and despite their repeated messages about wanting to “elevate our stay,” they were reluctant to provide more than one roll for six people over five days. ITrip did eventually send a new pack. Overall, while we enjoyed the property, the convenient location, and the well-equipped kitchen, the lack of clear communication and support from iTrip made the experience more stressful than it should have been.

Nice place, but chaotic check in

The place was great but the check in instructions were outdated as the owner had changed management companies and didn‘t update the contact info for check in, nor did the current property manager contact us with check in instructions. I'm sure others in future won't have the same problem but was stressful for us.

Convenient location - short walk to the lifts, easy bus access to the Canyons or Main Street. Main Street is walkable. Kitchen was well equipped to cook pretty much anything.

Overall the condo was good. The new property manager had a few errors in the check in and wifi directions, but we got that sorted fairly quickly. Had an issue with some water pressure, which was quickly handled by the property manager. Overall great location and nice unit. The spa, foosball and ping pong tables were a big hit with the kids.

Fantastic condo!

We loved John’s condo at Park City! The decor is colorful and charming w well appointed kitchen. Extremely comfortable beds and plenty of seating for everyone in the living spaces. Location is ideal. Easy walk to town. The walk to the lifts would probably be doable but we chose not to. The bus stop is right across the street and on a main route. We never waited more than 5 minutes and it’s one of the last stops before the mountain. So easy!

Awesome Stay Close to Main Village

We had a great time staying in this condo. The main thing I would say is the pictures don’t do it justice. It is much nicer in person! Also there is a hot tub and ping pong/foosball available in the next door building!

Great Property 1 Block from the slopes

The condo has everything you need and is 1 block away from Park City parking lot. The condo has plenty of room to move around, has all the amenities you'd want like fire place (wood burning), washer dryer and lots of TVs. There is also a hot tub only 2 flights downstairs that is just what is needed after a day on the slopes. Not too far from downtown and a short walk to a convenience store or even the market. Everything you need is close by. Definitely staying here in the future.

We loved staying here. Parking was easy, the place was clean and well stocked, with comfortable beds and everything we needed. The hot tub was a nice perk. And the Payday lift is just around the corner, a 5 minute walk, easy even with skis. Would 100% stay here again!

Great ski condo!

Very nice condo that is located a short walk (uphill) to the main Park City lodge. Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Kitchen is tremendously stocked with everything you need to make wonderful meals. Bathrooms are in great shape and include a spa tub in one. the host is very quick to respond to any and all questions. Great place and would stay here again!

Great stay!

Great place at about a 5 min walk to the base of Park City Mountain! My wife and I stayed here, walked to the Slopes and left a backpack in storage there. You could walk in your gear but it’s a little bit of a walk up a steep(ish) hill. Park City Shuttle stop about 1 min away for easy access to downtown. The only negative thing we found was that, although the dishes were clean, the glasses seem to be water stained giving them the appearance of being dirty.

Great property close to resort base

Fantastic for our family of four (2 adult children). Short walk to resort base. Hot tub is convenient in building next door. Kitchen was particularly well stocked - made it easy to cook our own meals. Responsive property manager. Would definitely stay here again!

Great ski stay

We had a great time here. The condo is just one block from the park city resort, so it’s easy to walk over in the morning and pick up your skis from the overnight storage. Tip: you can store your skis for free at Alpine ski. The condo had plenty of cookware and dishware for us to eat meals in, and a fast and quiet dishwasher. The owner was also kind enough to allow us to use their glove/boot dryer, which is helpful after a long day skiing. The property manager was also responsive when we had requests. My family enjoyed playing games and watching shows together in the common area. The only suggestion I’d make is to add curtains to the bunk bed room lower window; that’s the only room that didn’t have blackout curtains and those would also help insulate the room better. This is a great place to rent and make Park City memories.
