Ideally it would have been great to have enough dishwashing detergent and some other basic cleaning items given the 7 night stay. I was surprised that no basic condiments were included as with some other rentals.
The location was ideal (true ski in/ski out), the hot tub outside was amazing at the end of the day, the unit was clean and tiddy, and the communication from the host was greatly appreciated. My only suggestion is to bring any essentials....i.e. - oil for cooking, aluminum foil, spices, dishwasher (3 pods provided), & washing machine detergent. We stopped at Whole Foods on the way in and grabbed food but missed these essentials. Grateful for the market around the corner by Pendry to grab them. Also, grateful for the customer service desk...they are very friendly and provided bathrobes for the hot tub! :) Thank you for the memories!
The property is in an excellent location in the Canyons Village in Park City. The unit had everything we needed, but could use a set of potholders in the kitchen and a few more blankets for the pull out couch. The front desk was very nice and brought more. The property description is a little misleading in regards to ski in/ski out. This property is not a true ski in/ski out. You have to carry your ski equipment from the hotel to the gondola or lift which is about a 3 to 5 min. walk. There was no information on the Ski Valet at the property. I had to call to get this information prior to arrival. I would list this in the description as it is a very attractive feature. I would also recommend adding a folder with information about restaurants, reservations, transportation, grocery delivery. No one could tell us the best way to get over to the Mountain Village or options for transportation into Park City. For grocery delivery, they had services which charged a hourly fee for shopping and a percentage for delivery. Found out you can use Instacart for Smiths and Amazon for Whole foods. All in all would return to the property now being more informed but make restaurant reservations early!
