Nestled among the pines, this renovated estate delivers an unparalleled Park City getaway with above-and-beyond amenities and ski-in, ski-out privileges directly to the new, high-speed 10-person Sunrise Gondola. This home feels private and secluded while being located within walking distance of Canyons Village fun. A private neighborhood ski trail is adjacent to the home; walk to the edge of the patio and pop on your skis. Enjoy easy access to the free Canyons Village Connect service with door-to-door transportation to anywhere within Canyons Village.

Snuggle up on the sectional in the main living room and watch shows on the TV with Sonos sound system. A gas fireplace with stone surround, vaulted ceilings, and large windows complete the luxe, lodge-like setting. The second living area has a sectional and a gas fireplace. A 100" TV and a pool table offer hours of entertainment. The bar features seating, an ice maker, and a walk-in wine cellar. The loft area is furnished with two armchairs. A private hot tub and steam room invite you to unwind, while two living areas set the scene for quality time together. Home chefs will love the gourmet kitchen and walk-in wine cellar. Share alfresco meals with an alpine view on the patio. Heated interior/exterior floors, ski lockers, and Sonos sound system throughout the home and patio provide added comfort and convenience.

The primary suite boasts a king bed, a TV, a gas fireplace, and direct patio access. Spa-like features of the en-suite bath include a jetted tub with built-in Sonos speakers and a walk-in shower with a rain showerhead. The second bedroom holds two twin beds (one with a trundle below) and a TV. A half-bath is adjacent to the second bedroom. The third bedroom includes a king bed, a TV, and a gas fireplace, and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom has a king bed, a TV. and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The fifth bedroom offers a twin-over-twin bunk bed with a twin trundle, and en-suite bath with a walk-in shower. The sixth bedroom is furnished with a queen bed. An adjacent guest bath has a tub/shower combination. Your vacation home also features a half-bath on the main level for added convenience.

After a fun-filled day, soak in the private hot tub on the patio or gather by the gas firepit. A gas grill and a table for six encourage alfresco meals. Step out to the balcony and enjoy the fresh mountain air.

Wonderful ski in/ ski out location

My group of 14 friends have met every year in different locations to ski together. This is the best place we’ve stayed yet. Ski in/ ski out from the back door. Beautiful house. Stocked kitchen. Hot tub and steam room. Plenty of room. I would recommend bringing 2 air mattresses depending on comfortability sharing beds. Responsive staff. Overall great place we would stay again!

Spacious house in quiet neighborhood

Very nice house in a great location. Perfect for large groups. We really enjoyed the outdoor area for grilling and cocktails. The sauna and hot tub were fantastic after a full day of activities.

Family vacation

We were called the night before we were to fly into Park City and move into the house for the week, we were told the house was under construction. We were unable to use a bedroom and bathroom that would have been for the 4 year old. Never alerted us to see if maybe that was ok or we needed another house. Unacceptable. Last minute call to us so we were stuck. Said they would find another house but this was the only one that fit our needs. We worked it out but I will not rent from you again. Your business practice is not putting the customer first and treating them with respect.

Nice place, annoying rules

It’s a perfectly nice place — looks like the pictures. But the owners seem like they really don’t want to rent it. For instance, the lock you out of a master closet so you have few places to put your clothes; they don’t give you access to their cable so you can’t even get the news; you can’t control the heat which was uncomfortable — just a lot of “you can do this but not that” throughout the house. For what you are paying for this house, those are issues that shouldn’t even be on the plate. I knew I was in for difficulty when our party showed up 30 minutes early on a cold day and the management company would not let us check in (we had eight people in our group) because the owners would not agree. Same with checkout — 10 am means 10 am! I would not rent this house again.

Great overall experience. Bathroom door off track in downstairs bath and water gets on floor when showering but otherwise the home was everything we hoped it would be! Communication with Turnkey, the property management company was excellent when we had questions or concerns. Not exactly ski in/ski out. It’s do-able but would be difficult for beginners and those who do not know the mountain. Great overall experience!
