SKI-IN/ SKI-OUT! Experience the perfect mountain escape at the newly renovated Deer Valley Silver Strike 404. With prime ski-in/ski-out access to the Silver Strike Express Chair Lift, this spacious 2,200-square-foot retreat is ideal for winter sports enthusiasts and summer adventurers alike. Featuring four beautifully appointed bedrooms and four bathrooms, it comfortably accommodates up to 11 guests. Whether you're hitting the slopes or exploring scenic trails, this is your ultimate getaway in Deer Valley.

Living Room: Mountain contemporary furnishings, stone fireplace, Smart TV, hardwood floors, and balcony access that overlooks the Silver Buck Run and the Silver Strike Express Chair Lift.

Kitchen: Gourmet kitchen with high-end Viking appliances including a six-burner gas range and double ovens. The farm sink and stone countertops round out the amenities. Have a snack at the kitchen bar with seating for three.

Dining Room: Dining area with seating for up to ten.

Grand Master Suite- King bed, a cozy fireplace, and a Smart TV. The private bathroom has lovely amenities such dual granite counter sinks, separate jetted tub, and steam shower.

    Unforgettable Ski Weekend at Deer Valley

    My family and our friends had the pleasure of staying at this incredible ski-in/ski-out condo in Deer Valley, and I cannot recommend it enough. From the moment we arrived, the convenience of the location was apparent - the lift is just a few steps from the condo, making our ski experiences seamless and enjoyable. The added convenience of purchasing lift tickets right there was the cherry on top. The condo itself was a dream come true. It's not only beautiful and clean but also modern with every amenity working flawlessly. It's exactly as pictured, which is a rarity and something we deeply appreciated. We were delighted with our stay and had a wonderful time, creating memories that will last a lifetime. Location-wise, it's incredibly accessible and easy to get to, adding to the stress-free experience of our trip. The overall condition of the condo, including the common areas, exceeded our expectations. The ski locker was a fantastic addition, making our ski outings that much smoother. The common areas offered great amenities as well, from a pool table that provided hours of entertainment to an amazing coffee machine that became our morning delight. In summary, our stay was nothing short of spectacular. The combination of the condo’s convenience, beauty, and the plethora of amenities made our ski weekend in Deer Valley an unforgettable experience. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

    This place was exactly as advertised. It was a well-appointed, comfortable, perfectly located base camp for our ski vacation to Deer Valley. The building itself had wonderful amenities—the only downside was that there is only one parking spot for this unit, so large groups who have more than one car will have to park their second vehicle down in Park City. Beyond that minor inconvenience is a fabulous spot capable of hosting any group in style and comfort.

    The HVAC at the property had all kinds of issues - we called property management on Saturday upon arrival and never received a call back or a maintenance visit. The Oven smelled like natural gas every time it was turned on and the food coming out tasted like gas. Overall the unit was just in rough shape...the master bed mattress was the worst we have ever slept on. Absolutely brutal.

    We absolutely love this condo! No detail overlooked and had everything you could need. The check-in instructions were sent well in advance, and easy to understand. The ski lockers (and attendant, Jesse) made it so easy to store our gear and head straight up the lift in the mornings. Hot tub just downstairs was so nice to soak our tired legs after a full day of skiing. Smart TVs in all the rooms so you can watch all your favorite streaming/apps. Only issue we had was the snow cats beeping in the middle of the night, but that’s the price you pay for staying right on the mountain! Beautiful views and a beautiful home. We come to Deer Valley every year and this is our new favorite place to stay for sure! We will be back.

    Our trip started off immediately on the wrong foot. We were told to text the property management company when we were 20 min away. After texting and calling, and waiting for over 3 HOURS, someone finally answered the phone. And whoever it was wasn’t very nice. The email did not have all the correct instructions either. We also had an issue with the TV’s, and tried to reaching out to see if someone could help us with it, and no one ever replied. We come up to deer valley multiple times a year and this is the most disappointed we’ve ever been. Such a bummer!

    Right from the personalized check-in and tour of the entire facility, we knew this place was going to be just what we needed to make our trip to Deer Valley amazing! The condo had the perfect amount of space for our two families that were travelling together and the split floor plan made it easy for each family to have their own space. The living room was cozy and the gas fireplace kept us warm on those snowy days. We had food delivered so it was there waiting for us when we arrived but the kitchen had everything we needed to cook when we wanted to. The unit comes with a ski locker that literally takes you out to a ski lift! No lines and no waiting and a ski butler will help you gather your ski equipment and take it out to the lift for you! It was the perfect for us and we would definitely stay here again!

    Beautifully furnished. Kitchen was amazing. Spacious and furniture was comfortable. We really loved our stay. Short drive Down the hill to downtown park city which wasn’t a problem at all during the summer. Would love to stay here again
