Great spot for our annual ski trip!

We loved the proximity to the mountain and the flexibility that gave our family of 3 teenagers with different skiing desires and abilities. It was a great spot to hang out and the games were an added bonus! The layout was great and the heated pool was nice!

Nice, spacious! Great ski resort access!

Nice 3 bedroom place each with own bathroom and shower. Kitchen was large and stocked with plenty of dishes, cookware, coffee mugs and coffee maker, blender, and glass drink ware. Heater pool was hot tub level comfortable and huge! Right outside our door. Walking to the ski slopes was easy and bus pickup was free and easy. We were able to ski all the way down from the hill to condo too! Fireplace was nice and the couches were comfy. 6 of us were very comfortable there all week. Thanks!

Great family ski retreat

This spacious condo was perfect for our family of 5. The unit was clean and had everything we needed for a week away including extra pillows and blankets, plenty of dishes and towels, laundry detergent, spices, a crock pot. Conveniently located close to the PC village area, ski lifts, grocery store and Main Street. Would definitely stay here again!

The property is actually larger than we expected. The kitchen & living space was spacious as well as the bed & bath rooms. Bus stop is truly a 1 min walk away which is ideal each day to head to The Lodge for skiing.

Met expectations. Great location. Good check-in process and with staff checking in via text to make sure everything was going well. Comfortably furnished. Great location

This condo is in an excellent location. Bus stop is right outside the door and is one stop to the Park City Mountain base. We were able to walk back after skiing - in ski boots it was a 5 min walk from the First Time lift. Condo was very well stocked with basics. This is a first floor unit and the primary bedroom is right above the garage and you can hear the garage open/close. While not really an issue in the winter as it was very snowy and people were not driving, this may be an issue other times of the year.

A Solid Rental

This unit really fit the bill for our stay ... close to the slopes and very roomy it eaily handled our party of 5. Minor demerits for the BR's being dated. Also the living area was a fishbowl it looked right out to the common walkway. But the pros of the unit easily outweighed the cons

The condo was better than expected! steps to the pool. steps to the lobby with the elevator to the garage. 2 min drive to ski lifts! you could easily walk to the lifts. well maintained property with excellent location. We would absolutely stay here again!

Very spacious condo in a great location!

Overall, we really enjoyed this condo. Pros: walkable location to PC resort base; safe and secure access; underground parking garage; nice layout and spacious rooms; washer and dryer were nice; the kitchen bar was fun to have. Cons: not a single sharp knife in a large drawer of knives; kitchen was large but could use some new appliances; water pressure was not the best, especially when someone else was in the shower.

Property Mgr. resolved the Therapy Pool being out of commission

Was the Therapy Pool really down for the weekend?!? It actually was, although it wasn't supposed to be. When I called the property manager to inquire, she checked and offered to move us for the weekend to another property with a hot tub, instead. She was great, very responsive! We had checked into the 1st property which was great and super clean. The second property was also in great shape and worked out well for my family with all adult children. I would definitely recommend working with the iTrip group in Park City.

We had a great stay at this condo. Location was close to grocery store and city shuttle. It was about a 10-15 minute walk to downtown Park City. The property manager reached out to us several times to make sure everything was going smoothly.

Summer Stay

Stayed for 2 months in park city to train. Property was in a great location within walking distance of grocery, downtown and lots of bike/run/ski trails. Property only has 1 parking spot but lots of extra free parking across the street at the city park.
