Great location, house amenities a little wanting

It's a nice house with a great location - one block from Main Street and two blocks from the transit center. The layout leaves a bit to be desired -- only non-bedroom is on the entry level, and you never spend any time there because the theater room doesn't work (unless you happened to bring Blu-Rays because that's the only working technology in that room). Our biggest frustration was things not working. They said that there were Sonos speakers throughout the house. They didn't work. They sent someone to work on them, he was not an expert (claimed he knew nothing about the system) but said he would send someone else the next day. No one came. So I called back, they said they would send someone else, and never did. In the end, we figured out how to airplay our computer music to the TV and listened to music through the TV speakers for the entire week. Fine, but not ideal. We also couldn't get the TV and smart apps to work so had to airplay from our laptops to watch anything. There were no useful instructions to be found at the house. The rest of the house was generally good and nice and had enough space. Other random things didn't work (like the warming drawer in the kitchen), but overall we had a nice stay -- but there was plenty left to be desired, if I'm being honest, and if I'm comparing this place to other places we've stayed in Park City. I'm not sure whether I would return here or not.

Awesome location, fantastic home, great communication.

Management company was great at communicating prior to and during our stay. The contacts given for grocery stocking and oxygen machines were fantastic. The home couldn't be in a better location and multiple floors worked great for our family with a 7 and 17 year old. Lots of stairs which we were ok with. Beds and sheets were comfy and clean, kitchen well stocked, plenty of fresh towels. Initial arrival found some marks on the wall, dishwasher not working and a mess under couch but management co and concierge immediately responded and were on top of. We hope to stay in this spot in the future!!

Best of Both Worlds

The property is spacious, updated and has all of the amenities. The kitchen is well stocked and, since it’s new, everything works well. The hot tub was fantastic and the convenience to Main Street restaurants and to the Town Lift are terrific. There is also easy access to the mountain by walking up a block and then ski down to the Town Lift. The theatre room was also a very nice amenity. 5 stars all around.

Perfect father+son MTB weekend... rebooking for winter ski trip

We stayed at this property as a small group father+son trip. This property and the management team far exceeded our expectations in everyway. The property is absolutely stunning, with high-end amenities, extremely clean, and a convenient floor plan. Location is perfect, 1-block from Main St, bike ride to Deer Valley and 100's of miles of trails, and walking to PC lifts. Garage has plenty of space for all your summer/winter gear. The Natural Retreats management team delivered exceptional service, were immediately responsive, and accommodated all or our asks/needs. Highly recommend and we are already looking at dates for a ski/snowboard trip this winter. Natural Retreats is now our preferred property team in PC.

Great location - Great House

Stayed with some friends for a long weekend of skiing. House was well appointed and nice! Felt upscale but still cozy. Location is about as good as it gets for near ski-in/out (short walks only) and to Main St. A few quirky things - but nothing significant. The TV was pretty difficult to figure out initially (coming from a group of engineers). A few extra towels in the kitchen and bathrooms would be nice, as well as paper towels, toilet paper, etc. Car situation is tight - so if you have a big vehicle or two for that matter - this is a little tricky. Great overall, no real complaints!

Great Location!

We really enjoyed Snow Flake Villa, especially the location. The home worked out well for our group. The kitchen and tv area were nice and spacious as were the bathrooms and bedrooms. Added bonus was the media room on the terrace level. We would definitely recommend this house!

The house is adorable with nice design but... 1. it does NOT comfortably sleep 8. No adult would like sleeping in the loft and 2 is insulting to assume. Guests ended up sleeping on the sofa in the movie room. 2. The garbage was completely full and super smelly in the garage leaving the entry and bottom floor a pungent smell. It took two calls over 3 hours to get the management company to remove the garbage that was supposed to be removed the prior day. 3. The 3rd bedroom bathroom sink and tub did not drain, it took 3 phone calls and 2 days to fix. 4. Per instructions, called mgt. company to fix pilot light on fireplace. It took 2 days for them to service. No fire in the mountain house. 5. The house needs a deep clean, especially in the kitchen. I washed down some to the cabinets as they were very dirty. 6. Associate at mgt. company was unprofessional and proceeded to laugh at every call. The Manager at the mgt. company got the message and offered 10% off the stay then upped it to 11% the cost of the house. Also, 20% next rental if booked through them. Pretty sure it's the management company is responsible for most the the negative aspects of the house. Overall, there just too many little things wrong with the house that didn't make it seem like a good value. Location, location, location is the best aspect of the house.

Beautiful remodel in an ideal Park City location

Very recently remodeled three-story home just one block off of Park City’s beautiful Main Street. The remodel and furnishings/decor were very tastefully done. The house is very comfortable and cozy, with nice beds/bedding, linens, fixtures, A/V equipment and appliances. The location is ideal for dining and shopping - one block off of Main Street, right in the middle of town. We had a wonderful stay and would happily return! Only two minor issues to point out: 1. There is no street parking allowed and the garage is woefully small for full-sized SUVs. We had to park our suburban in the driveway and it is so narrow that all passengers must exit the vehicle before it is wedged into the available space. Just a reality of this location, and something to consider when renting a vehicle. Parking two cars legally is a non-starter. 2. There are few staples in the kitchen - no olive oil, cooking spray, spices (other than salt/pepper), no baggies or foil, incorrectly sized coffee filters, and a bare minimum number of cooking utensils. We might have been the first renters, and sometimes these items accumulate as the house is utilized (we left behind a few things, so the process is underway). But for now, you’ll need to buy just about everything you want/need for cooking even basic meals or saving leftovers. Neither of the above small issues should disused you from renting this lovely home, just provided as an FYI so you can plan accordingly. Highly recommend!
