Nestled just across the street from the Kings Crown ski tower, this luxurious retreat offers stunning views, modern amenities, and easy access to world-class skiing. The Space:
This brand-new home in the King's Crown development enjoys ski in/ski out access via the Tower Building. The home offers 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, multiple living areas as well as multiple outdoor areas - a large rooftop deck with awesome views and 6 person hot tub, and a lower deck with another 7 person hot tub.

Indoor/outdoor living on every level provides the perfect backdrop for dinner parties, preview parties, think-tank sessions, wheeling, dealing and good old fashioned family-fun. This house abounds for all!

The home features exceptional craftsmanship and boasts modern, high-end finishes including Wolf/Sub-Zero appliances, luxurious, spa-like bathrooms, built-in Sonos speakers throughout for your favorite tunes, and a home oxygen system from Invigor8 Air Design to make the home feel like it's at 2000 feet (instead of 7000 feet) - get better sleep and have more energy for your mountain adventures!

The home is centrally located in Old Town Park City immediately adjacent to the Park City Mountain Base Area. Main Street is only a short walk away and there is great trail access during the spring, summer and fall.

The King's Crown Ski Tower is just across the street and includes indoor and outdoor social gathering areas, ski lockers, an outdoor fire-pit, and of course, slope-side ski access.

Getting Around:
Leave the rental car behind - it's a 10-12 min walk to Main Street. If you prefer, the free Park City bus stop is a few min walk away and will get you downtown in minutes, or there are also plenty of Ubers and Lyfts.

It was a beautiful place and with everything you need.The ski in and out are for experienced skiers not a beginner. It’s a blue run but not hard, this year there was not a lot of snow it was icy so I wouldn’t recommend for beginners. It was nice being able to ski in and out and being able to store skis. The owners were extremely accommodating!

Great house. Two hot tubs made for adults to enjoy on their own floors. The oxygen availability in the house was a unique feature. Great appliances and easy access to skiing.

Park City family ski trip

The property was excellent. The house is modern, in great condition, comfortable and with plenty of room. The property manager was very responsive. The location for skiing was amazing. Directly across the street is a 2-elevator system that take you right to the slopes of Park City. The first elevator takes you take a nice locker area. The second elevator takes you to the snow or, if you wish, to a lounge. I will try to re-book when we go back to Park City.

Great Place for a Family Ski Trip

House is great, plenty of space and good setup. Proximity to the ski tower and park city base are great. Easy walk or even better then the walk, the ski tower is really convienent.

Park City ski trip vacation

This location was very clean, very new and large enough to accommodate our party of 10. Convenient access to the ski slopes across the street and up an elevator. Just a quick walk down to the base of Park City Mountain Resort for ski rental or storage. The house has a great deck for evening enjoyment. Having two sets of washer/dryers came in handy with a large party staying together. The kitchen was nicely equipped and we had everything we needed to prepare meals at the house. Two minor dislikes: the beds were on the firm side and three in our party commented on not sleeping well due to that. Consider adding some foam mattress toppers to soften those up. The living area is on a different floor than the kitchen and dining. That made it difficult for our large party of 10 to be all together at entertaining times. Other than that, this is a beautiful property and perfectly located for skiing and town access.

Quick weekend trip to bring the kids to the snow.

This house is amazing! Top notch accommodation with unmatched access to the slopes. The house is extremely comfortable and furnished with beautiful furniture and top of the line appliances. My kids absolutely loved the bunk room and had a blast playing with the board games and arcade machine in the game room. My wife and I really enjoyed the upstairs balcony and hot tub. The lockers in the entry were probably our favorite part. They made keeping all of our gear organized and consolidated. If our travels ever bring us back to Park City, this place will be on the top of our list.

Sundancing

We loved our stay at North Park City during the Sundance Film Festival. Some of our favorite features are the oxygen in bedrooms, heated bathroom floors, and bidet in master math. The oxygen helps acclimate to the elevation and gave us better sleep that usual our first few nights. The views were spectacular, and although units are close together, you don't really feel it. The condo feels exclusive and private. Host was very responsive to small questions while we were there. Would definitely stay again!
