Beautifully renovated home is an easy 270 step walk to the chairlifts at Park City Mountain Resort. If Deer Valley or Main Street is your destination take the free city bus across the street (3x/hour). Ski School at Park City meets close by, just above First Time lift. Don't want to pay for lunch on the mountain? It is so close you can come "home". Skip the $27 hamburger and get back easily to ski in the afternoon. Gourmet kitchen with Sub Zero and Wolf appliances can accomodate several cooks. Outdoor pool and hot tub are a short walk within 3 Kings complex. Quiet location on golf course which offers cross country skiing. One covered parking spot inc. Sleds available which can be used off back deck. This is a fabulous spot for family vacation! New for 2025-26 season King BeautyRestPressure Smart 2.0 mattress in upstairs MBR. Leesa Sapira king mattress in downstairs ensuite purchased 2024-2025 season. New designer headboard downstairs. New HVAC system (w/AC) installed 2025. New deck sectional couch and dining table with chairs Tropitone brand 9/25.

Great ski base

Fantastic location; short walk to Three Kings/Pioneer/First Time. Can ski to the medical trailer just across the street. Bus stop just in front of house (download MyStop for real time bus locations). Wonderful kitchen, has everything you could need, even an air fryer! Everything updated, nice appliances and linens. Note - the main bedroom shares bathroom with other upstairs bedroom; not a problem for our group. A lovely stay.

You won’t regret picking this place!

I was pleasantly surprised with this place in park city! It had everything that we were looking for and tons of things we weren’t. From heated floors to every kitchen appliance you would need for cooking. Even every spice you would need. We were suppose to have 6 adults but only 4 could make it. But could sleep easily 7 people. Beds were super comfy with really nice sheets. We even found a fan in the closet for some white noise for sleeping. Any questions were answered almost immediately through host or property management! Which was really nice! Also heated pool and hot tub was big and really nice and just down the street. Skiing lift was just across the street and parking lot. Wasn’t a bad walk at all. Definitely recommend this place ans would love to stay here again

We were mostly very happy with our stay. Extras offset a few issues. We loved the spices, garbage bags etc that we didn’t have to run out and purchase. Our suggestions to get 5 stars: replace the queen bed upstairs. No longer suitable for adults. HVAC big problem

Stone's throw from the lifts

Lovely condo very close to the lifts. Easy check-in and excellent communication with both the property owner and manager. This is the nicest condo we have stayed in at Three Kings- the photos are very accurate. We are looking forward to coming again. Thank you, Julie!

Great place to ring in the new year!

The condo was amazing and so close to the chair lift. The kitchen had all the pots and pans we could ever need. All the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed a short walk to the jacuzzi and sauna. We reached out to the maintenance person and he responded right away. He was very helpful and tended to the issue and fixed it immediately. We highly recommend this condo and would definitely stay here again.

Great condo and location

Stayed here with my in-laws and our two young children. Great location to walk to the lifts back and forth multiple times with our kids each day. Right across the street from the bus stop to Main Street, and an overall great space for the 6 of us. Highly responsive and helpful property management folks too with the questions we had. Thank you!

Weekend Skiing

We had 3 couples staying at this property Friday-Monday. There was plenty of room. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The washer and dryer was useful. The pool/hot tub group area was great. The location to the lifts was perfect. We were able to ski to about 50ft from the condo front door. The walk to the lifts was also short. We received excellent communication from the property manager.

Not even 2-star property

Almost everything about this rental was shoddy: - Hole in living room floor at vent - Yellow brown stained towels - Threadbare towels - So dusty everyone had trouble breathing - Dishwasher never used up the soap so nothing was really cleaned - Very low quality bedding - Worst pillows ever encountered and we travel a lot - Divots in mattress - Other mattress sloped downward - Some pillows one inch thick—others had no "give" - Not enough blankets - Not enough shampoo, conditioner, or cream - Nowhere near enough Kleenex for week stay - No lock in shared bathroom between two bedrooms - Poor water pressure in downstairs shower - Walkway wasn’t salted enough and sidwalks were very icy - Limited dishware--very mismatched--many pieces dirty - Kitchen towels in drawers were dirty. - LInens were poor quality and decor didn't match - Fan over stove didn’t work - No fan in downstairs bathroom - Not enough hangars in closets - No maid service offered for a 9 day stay! - Lots of light bulbs out - We were told there would be separate ac/heat thermostats in each room and there was only one for the entire two story unit! - Only good points: Good tv system and soft toilet paper Very disappointing and nowhere worth the price.
