The Snow Flower complex’s convenient location offers ski-in/ski-out access to Park City Mountain and easy access to Park City’s charming, historic Main Street via Park City’s free transit system.

This ski-in/ski out, two-bedroom two-bathroom condo was renovated with modern mountain dĂ©cor. The condo boasts spectacular mountain and tennis court views and is located on the second floor of building I and faces Park City Mountain Resort. Access to Park City Mountain’s Eagle, First Time and 3 Kings lifts are just a stone’s throw away, allowing you to come and go as you please without having to worry about the morning parking rush or afternoon traffic.

Snow Flower 24 has been completely renovated with designer quality furnishings and custom built-ins throughout. The updated kitchen has modern white cabinets and open shelving, granite countertops, a tiled backsplash, and heated flooring perfect for making morning coffee. Adjacent, is a modern, stylish dining table which seats six. Snow Flower’s open floor plan allows ease of conversation and a direct line of site to the slopes from the common living space.

Comfortable seating in the living room is situated to highlight Snow Flower’s mountain vistas while also inviting you to settle in for a movie on the large-screen smart TV or spend the evening enjoying the beautiful stone wall and fireplace.
The main bedroom is modern and crisp, with a luxurious king-sized bed in front of built-in wooden paneling and cabinetry and finished with plenty of storage, a flat screen TV/DVD combo, and beautiful wood furnishings. Floor-to-ceiling windows brighten the room and lead you to a private patio. The private en-suite bathroom is spacious and bright with custom wooden shelving and cabinetry, heated floors, and finally the glass enclosed power-shower.

The second bedroom has two double beds, beautifully decorated, with plenty of storage space and a smart TV (for streaming only). The nook beneath the TV has a desk and chair, perfect for work or study. The second bathroom is bright and spacious with a heated towel rail for added comfort, heated floors, and a beautiful vanity with modern fixtures and granite countertop.

For your comfort, condo amenities include duvets, three TVs, DVD, wall mounted hair dryers, and a wall safe.

During your stay, you will have access to Snow Flower’s fitness center, locker room, outdoor relaxing pools, one underground parking space, coin-operated laundry facilities, and conference rooms. Complimentary wireless internet service is also available. Additionally, our reception desk is staffed 24 hours.

On-site tennis and pickleball courts, outdoor BBQ areas and bike storage areas are also available during the summer season.

Great place, great location,beautiful contemporary furniture, very clean , one minute walk to the lift. Next time I go back to Park city that will be a no-brainer. I will definitely try to get the same place.

Perfect in every way!

Just 2 friends looking to ski, eat & drink. The location couldn’t be better. Grab your skis downstairs at the locker, go out the door and walk/ski to “First Time” lift. When you’re done, locker room to elevator to cozy condo with heated floors and fireplace. The photos don’t do this place justice! Will book again.

The unit had everything our family of 4 needed. The unit is renovated and much nicer than the rest of the property, which is more dated. If you go through the locker room area, you are right at the base of the mountain where there is a ski lift. The location is awesome for Park City Mountain skiing. We also really appreciated the underground parking spot. Heleena Sideras with Park City Lodging was fantastic!! She helped us book several dinners and was super helpful and responsive. That you Heleena! All in all was a great trip!

Excellent ski in/ski out location

The unit is right at the base of first time lift. Ski lockers are on first floor on your way to and from skiing. The unit was very clean, plenty of towels and toiletries available, and kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals. Highly recommend.

Awesome location!!

Perfect size for family of 4 in a terrific location for true ski in/ski out. Really nice decor with comfortable furnishings including the beds. Well stocked for all of your needs. Highly recommend it.

Perfect Location, No Air Conditioning

This condo has a great location right on the mountain in Park City. Direct Access to Park City Mountain Resort. This unit is close to a pool. Everything in the condo worked as a described. The condo patio area is nice and faces the mountain. Please note that there is no air conditioning in this condo unit. We visited during July - Park City temps were in the 90s. It was very hot and uncomfortable in the condo unit. I would happily stay again during cooler months of the year but I would not stay here during the hot summer months.

Ski to the back porch

It was very nice to be able to ski right to the back of the condo. There was plenty of room for everyone. Overall, it was a nice place to stay and the bedding was very comfortable.

Nice condo in nice location

Overall it was a very good experience. The condo was very nice and property management company was great in handling a difficult situation. It is a bit of a complicated story but upon arrival to the condo, it became obvious this was not the condo which we had reserved. The condo we ended up in was a much larger condo but we would have preferred the original location. We were very satisfied with the explanation and consideration from the property management company and very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this facility. Great location- we hope to return regularly.
