Located on the top floor of Town Pointe, this beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo is in a perfect location for all your Park City adventures; it comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. Walk or ride your bike to trails, Main Street, City Park, all within minutes of this condo. Hop on the free town shuttle to access Deer Valley Resort, Canyons Village and all Park City's attractions.

The main bedroom features a king bed, a large screen TV and a private bathroom with double vanity and a large jetted tub with a separate shower. A second bedroom has a queen bed with a full bath, and the third bedroom has a king bed. There's another full bath in the hallway, and a sleeper sofa in the living room.

The relaxing living room has a gas-burning fireplace, comfortable furniture, a flat-screen TV, and features charming views of Old Town and Park City Mountain ski slopes. The high end, fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing and serving meals. There's a dining table for 6 plus 3 counter stools.

Great location, staff support

We were in town for a family wedding, had three couples staying here. Our stay was great, we loved the location - so close to Main St and the bike path, spacious condo. We had a few issues with things not functioning in the condo and they were very quick to send someone out to resolve them. The people they sent were fast, efficient and respectful of our needs and time. The one thing I would point out is that there is only ONE parking space associated with this condo. This caused us some problems as we were not aware of this and had 2 cars. We called the main number about parking options and honestly they were not helpful. The lot they referred me to had 10 hour max parking. Later, when I wrote on VRBO to the contact, they were much more helpful in directing me to a specific solution. And the people who were helping us onsite gave a good solution as well. What we learned was that the central phone number sometimes directs you to people with less knowledge and information. Going directly to the main contact was much better. The other great thing was we wanted to do a family hike and I had a long conversation with Jo at the rental company's office who gave me a bunch of great options, listened well to what we wanted, sent follow up emails and all around was super helpful. I really appreciate having that kind of local support. All in all we had a great stay and would sure return. And my husband loved that the hot tub was always warm - making it easy for a quick dip anytime.

Everything we needed and more!

This property was perfect for our winter holiday. We had everything we needed, including humidifiers for each room. The kitchen was properly stocked. We most enjoyed floorpan with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms - it was spacious. And, of course, the hot tub was amazing! The hot tub was serviced everyday.

Very comfortable place

Loved the location and the condo was well appointed and updated with a washer/dryer in unit. Kitchen was very convenient. Overall a very comfortable stay. Just a couple of things : The door/code lock instructions was not clear so had to call the property manager/maintenance and they asked us to try the code with a '*'. That should be included in the instructions. The tub was lovely with a great view. It would be good to leave instructions on how to open/close the tub as well.

Spacious with Ideal Location

Great stay at this property which was better in person than the pictures represented. The property was quite spacious and comfortable. The location was ideal as we were able to walk most places. Would definitely consider this location again for a winter getaway.

March Ski Trip

Great location. Comfortable. Private hot tub on the deck was awesome. Would come again. Some helpful suggestions: especially with the pandemic, you should have liquid hand soap in each bathroom. Also providing baggies and tin foil would be nice. You should have at least one full size cookie sheet. The knives are so dull they barely work. Finally a few throw pillows would make the living room seating more comfortable.

Great place

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was clean, well furnished & very comfortable. The mattresses were a good quality, the kitchen was very functional, and there was plenty of room for our party of 7. The condo is located just off Main Street making it very accessible to the fun shops & restaurants all in walking distance. We had a bit of a problem with the door code getting in, but this was resolved relatively quickly. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again.
