Property Amenities:
Experience a range of amenities including a year-round outdoor heated pool and hot tub, along with a game room for entertainment. Complimentary underground parking (one vehicle per unit), a health and fitness center, and a private theater for family or group use (reservation required). Enjoy added convenience with ski/mountain bike storage, ski lift conveniently located, step out the door and hop on the Frostwood Gondola for direct access to Park City's 7300 acres of ski terrain, offering an ideal base for exploring the slopes and enjoying outdoor activities year-round. Outdoors, unwind by the gas fire pit, cook up a meal on the gas grills, or sip a drink at the on-site bar.

Accommodations:
Enjoy spacious 4-bedroom units spanning approximately 2400 sq. ft., featuring gas fireplaces in both the living room and master bedrooms, deep soaking tubs, vaulted ceilings, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, balcony with mountain views, and high-speed internet. The master bedroom includes a king bed, the second bedroom a queen bed, the third bedroom either a queen bed or two twin beds, and the fourth bedroom two twin beds. The second floor offers a second sitting/TV area with an additional sleep sofa, accommodating up to 12 guests comfortably. Each unit is equipped with a washer and dryer, plus in-room irons and ironing boards.

Explore a range of activities suitable for every season, lake activities including boating, fishing, watersports, cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, snow sports, snowboarding, golfing, hiking, horseback riding, and mountain biking.

Helpful Information for Your Stay:

• Front Desk Hours: The front desk is open from 8 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. If you plan to arrive outside of these hours, please contact the resort in advance to arrange alternative check-in arrangements. The guest listed on the reservation must be present at check-in and occupy the suite.
• Refundable Security Deposit: A $250 security deposit is required at check-in, payable by credit card.
• Parking: Complimentary self-parking is provided in the on-site parking garage, limited to one vehicle per suite. The resort cannot accommodate the storage of boats, RVs, and trailers.
• Pool and Hot Tub Hours: The outdoor heated pool and hot tub are open daily from 8 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. For safety reasons, children who are not fully potty trained must wear swim diapers. Please adhere to posted pool signage as there are no lifeguards on duty.
• Service Animals: Trained service animals that perform tasks for the benefit of individuals with disabilities are welcome at all Wyndham Destinations Managed locations. Animals that provide emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companionship, whether trained or untrained, are not considered service animals and are not permitted at Wyndham Destinations Managed locations.
