Comstock Lodge 303 offers 1,300 square feet with two master bedrooms and ensuite in each to accommodate four guests. Located within walking distance to Deer Valley's Snow Park Lodge makes this condo the perfect ski getaway. Enjoy easy access to skiing, dining, and shopping in winter, while summer brings vibrant hiking trails and outdoor adventures.

Spacious great room includes a living room, dining area, and chefs kitchen.

Living Room: Relax next to the stone fireplace, mountain contemporary furnishings, and a large flat-screen TV. Outstanding resort views from the vaulted wall of windows. There is also deck access right off the main living area with a hot tub and BBQ.

Kitchen: Chefs Kitchen with Quartz countertops, an induction electric range, and stainless steel appliances. The counter/bar with seating for 2 people separates kitchen space from the dining area.

Dining Room: Seating at the dining table for 6, with additional barstool seating at the kitchen counter.

Bedrooms:
Master Bedroom 1- King bed, TV, and private bathrooms. The bathroom is well-appointed with quartz counters and a spacious tile shower.

Perfect Couples Ski Trip

Cozy and convenient, this condo was a perfect location for two couples. Great views from living room and hot tub. Walking distance to the Deer Valley base and easy uber rides to town for dinner.

Amazing property!

Just as advertised with amazing views, great amenities and perfect location to walk to Deer Valley. Pleasantly surprised with all the amenities in kitchen and decor. Management very responsive on a couple of small issues. Very pleased!

Perfect Space for family connection

Great place

This was our first time to DV. Comstock #303 is located at the base of Snow Park. A short walk to the lodge and you are on your way. #303 was perfect for us. Originally reserved for my wife and two kids, but my daughter and a friend of mine went instead. Well appointed, plenty of room, super clean, and had everything we would need in terms of housewares. Skiing all day and enjoying #303's comfortable couches watching Netflix all night. A short drive to food and fun so conveniently located if you want to venture out. Unit is on the top floor which is really nice. Beautiful high ceilings. Parking is close to the elevator in the garage and the unit is a quick right outside the elevator on the 3rd floor. Hot tub is nice too!

Ski Vacation with Family

Great property! Conveniently located, just 5-minute walk to the slopes. Parking on site, and elevator to bring you to upper floors. Unit was clean and kitchen had everything you can possibly need to cook/store food. Also, the process to book and the concierge was extremely helpful. I highly recommend.

No empathy

My girlfriend and I were very excited about a long relaxing vacation in a city we have never been. Our trip was ruined as a few days prior we both got covid. I never asked for a refund, simply hoping the host would allow a reschedule or some type of credit. They flat out refused to consider any accomadations and just pocketed our money. I think this will be my last VRBO rental ever. As an elite level Marriot member I will just stay at hotels during my vacations going forward. I am really dissapointed.

Perfect for Deer Valley

Everything we needed for 3day ski trip - condo was well appointed, with everything we needed. And convenient location - 300 yards from ski lift, shuttle to Main Street. Hot tub perfect for easing muscles to prepare next day’s skiing😀.

Nice property and great location

This is a very nice property and it was very comfortable for our family. It was located a few hundred yards from the base of Deer Valley Resort and a short walk to the shuttle that transports you to the base of the mountain. We would certainly return.

Great middle of October getaway

We enjoyed our stay in your Comstock condo. Your condo was fabulous. We were blessed with 4-7 inches of snow fall during our middle October stay. We had a great time sitting in your private deck hot tub staring at the snow covered mountains of Deer Valley

Great place to relax

A wonderful comfortable place to stay for two couples with each of us having our own master bedroom and bathroom. A good kitchen for cooking and table for eating and playing games . We had an amazing time, it snowed , the view is beautiful and an easy walk to Old Town .. It was very cold when we arrived and took awhile to warm up and we found some dirty silverware in the drawer. We would stay here again !

The condo was very clean and very well stocked with all you would need in the kitchen. It is beautifully decorated and the beds are very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

Very Nice Condo

This property is very nice. Having 2 master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, one of which is also accessible from the hall, worked out perfectly. The condo overall is very nice. If the chipped door frames, and moldings had a bit of a touch-up, the aesthetic would be excellent. The view isn't quite as described. In the back, the condo is boxed in by an aspen grove - quite lovely. In the front, the deck is heavily shaded, again, not bad but not, "outstanding resort views," as billed. The kitchen looks like it was recently renovated and is very well equipped. As a serious cook, I was impressed. The condo was immaculate when we arrived, but we stayed for over two weeks and called the management company about having it cleaned part way through our visit and no one ever called us back. If I had set up cleaning services before we arrived, things might have worked out better. Overall, would definitely recommend this property.

Outstanding Park City Property

The photos do not do this place justice. The beautiful decor, the designer kitchen to make any chef happy, the fantastic mountain views from the deck made this one of the nicest places I have ever rented. The owner was wonderful to work with, check in and out could not have been easier. We will definitely be back.

Great getaway!

We were looking for a change of scenery and it was so easy to relax and recharge here. It was off-season and quiet with easy access to any action. Really clean and comfortable and well kept. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Deer Valley Comstock Lodge 303!! Amazing

This condo was great. It’s beautiful inside...so much attention to detail. Hot tube on the private deck is great. Also, so much to do between Park City and Deer Valley Resort. Highly recommend this unit.

Modern lodge in Deer Valley

My family of four enjoyed our stay at the property. The lodge was beautiful and updated and had everything we needed for our stay. Kids really enjoyed having the private hot tub on the patio. The beds and blankets were wonderful. Only negatives would be that without a front desk there is no concierge which means no shuttle...just the bus system that took a little getting used to. Once we were leaving we finally had it figured out. Also, would have been nice to have some outdoor furniture to sit on while kids were in hot tub. Still, a very nice property and plenty of room and storage space.
