Country Outback Cozy Home *W/Camp Fire Pit*

Outback Cozy Home is located off a back road, but just minutes from Route 30. It is back in a shared, gravel driveway. It sits beside two other parcels. One where the owners live, but you will still be able to have your own privacy.

You will have easy access to Walmart and a few restaurants and coffee shops.
It is approximately 15 miles from Sight and Sound in Strasburg, and also the town of Intercourse.
And about a 30 minute drive from West Chester, Pa.

The kitchen has all new appliances, including fridge, oven, microwave,and is fully stocked with kitchen essentials.
It has a washer, dryer, wi-fi, however, no cable TV.
It also has a spacious living room with a pull out couch that turns into a single bed.

You have a back deck which would be a great place to drink your coffee, relax, and watch some wildlife.

We want our guests to immediately feel welcome the moment they walk thru the front door. It is perfect for a quick visit or extended stay!

Note** Occasionally there is motorcycles/dirt bikes that ride on the neighboring property.

There is an above-ground pool on the property that is owned by the neighbors next door . Please do not use it , unless you had permission by them. Thank you!

We do have a horse, dogs, and chickens on the property that you are welcome to interact with if you would like to.

The property was very nice, clean, cozy and qtuie. Deck furniture needed some repairs. The actual inside was very nice, everything we needed was there. Owner left us a hummy shoofly pie. We were very comfortable. Only thing we would suggest is having tge TV in the common area, not in bedroom. No eazy for 4 adult's to watch TV on a rainy evening.

Great place!

We enjoyed our stay and loved strolling down the lane and seeing the horse and goats! We sat out back on the porch and enjoyed that space as well! Super cute decor and clean. We were in town visiting friends so this place worked out excellent as there were 3 of us so was a great cost effective, comfortable stay. This is on a shared property but was private space to relax and inviting! We would definitely stay again if ever in the area!!!

Loved our stay!

We loved our stay while visiting our nephew who lives in the area. Very clean house with all the amenities. We really enjoyed watching the birds eat at the feeder and the fire pit was perfect for the cool nights. Very quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again when we return for a visit. Also, the Shoofly pie was delicious!!! Thanks!!!

Out in the Country Paradise

This was perfect for our party of 4 (myself and husband and my mom and dad). We live in the same town, but drove out separately because of work schedules. There was enough to park both of our vehicles in the parking space. The two bedrooms/bathrooms are at opposite ends of the home, so there is a nice level of privacy. We had breakfast both mornings with a full sausage, eggs, bagels, and pancakes breakfast we brought with us. Everything to cook is there. Nice selection of coffee and tea provided. Dad kept saying how good the water tasted and how clean and pure it was. There are trains closeby that you can hear. We loved them. It was a pleasantry we don't often get to experience where qe live. Room was pitch black at night with the black out curtains. Loved that too. If you like country life, this place is abaolutely for you. About 5 to 8 miles from central Lancaster. We stopped by Main Street Exchange, a nice women's clothing store and saw a production of Noah at Sight and Sound. Nice place to play some board games too. This peaceful place made our trip. Would highly recommend and would stay again. Special thanks to the host for providing a nice place.

Quiet getaway

60th Birthday Stay

We were there for a race and needed a place for the weekend. This adorable house fit the bill. House was extremely clean, well kept and the little extras around the house was a nice touch. The owners care about their house and making their guests feel at home.

Parkersburg pa -Stoney Ridge

Very nice place , quiet, very clean, perfect for 2 couples would stay there again. If you are going to sound and site theatre they are about 15 minutes from the theatre. We noticed no tv but was a refreshing change .
