Beautiful Honeymoon escape

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Paros Palace for our Honeymoon. We had a Premium Suite with a private pool which really exceeded our expectations. The room was large, clean and very quiet even though we were directly above the pool area. The staff were all very friendly and the shuttle to the port was very appreciated. The buffet breakfast was excellent with hot & cold options. Room service also available if required. We would thoroughly recommend a stay here and are glad we ignored the, on occasion silly, reviews that preceeded our stay. Couldn't have asked for more.

We were very pleased with our stay. Room was comfortable, clean and modern. Breakfast included a good variety of option and the pool/bar lounge on the terrace was really nice to enjoy the late afternoon sun after a day of exploring. Props to the driver, Constantine, which bring guests to the port, which save a 15 to 18min walk.

We had a wonderful stay at Paros Palace! The property was spotless, well-maintained, and offered beautiful sunset views that made each evening feel special. Breakfast was included and fresh- served until 1100, a perfect way to start the day. One of the highlights was the complimentary transfers to and from the port, which made our arrival and departure so convenient. The staff was welcoming and attentive, and everything about our stay was smooth and enjoyable. We truly have no complaints and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend Paros Palace to anyone visiting Paros!

Absolutely beautiful property. The sunset from the rooftop area was stunning. Having the taxi to and from the port was an huge reason I picked this hotel. That was awesome until traffic made the 5 min drive 40+ min, and it wasn’t worth using the property provided taxi. Only other downside was the WiFi was not the greatest!

My wife and I stayed in the private pool suite for 5 nights and unfortunately, we were quite disappointed with the overall experience. The suite was advertised as having a private pool, but it was overlooked by the apartment directly above us, which made it feel anything but private. One evening, we also found a cockroach on our toothbrush – a very unpleasant surprise that raised concerns about cleanliness and hygiene. Customer service was another major letdown. The person in charge was unhelpful and lacked basic customer service skills. Other staff seemed poorly trained and struggled with even simple requests. Given the premium we paid for what was supposed to be a luxury experience, the stay fell far short of expectations. Sadly, we wouldn’t consider returning or recommending this property.

Very comfortable apartment with 2 balconies, 2 bathrooms, large fridge in kitchen and tea/coffee facilities. We ate via the room service twice, the food was fantastic. Staff were all lovely and very helpful as was the free transfers to/from the port/main town. The supermarket down the road was big and great for essentials. Pool was lovely and never got too busy. Breakfast was also lovely. Would stay here again.
