Casa El Marizal 1 Arriondas

El Marizal 1 is a cozy rural house located on the foothills of the Sierra del Sueve mountain range, about 7 km from the center of Arriondas and 12 km from La Vega Beach. Its strategic location provides access to a varied offering of museum visits, such as the Jurassic Museum, Mining Museum, Cider Museum, Indianos Museum, among others. This picturesque spot presents itself as an incomparable setting for disconnecting and immersing yourself in the active tourism activities offered by Eastern Asturias.

The house, distributed over two floors, has a capacity for 3 people. On the ground floor, there is a cozy living-dining room with an open-plan kitchen (cocina americana). On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed. A cot is available upon request. It also features a bathroom equipped with a shower tray. The house is provided with heating in all areas via diesel fuel.

Regarding its exterior, the house presents a clear setting, easy access, and parking next to the dwelling. It has a barbecue area equipped with garden furniture, perfect for enjoying the beautiful views in the company of family, friends, and, of course, your pet (only one pet). This outdoor space becomes the ideal place to enjoy relaxed and quiet moments in the heart of Asturian nature.

IMPORTANT: By confirming their reservation, the guest accepts that all occupants must register and complete all requested details in the online check-in before their arrival; otherwise, they will not be able to access the accommodation. This procedure is mandatory according to Royal Decree 933/2021, effective from December 1, 2024.
