Our modern comfortable coastal luxury within our comfortable 70m² apartment, accommodating up to 5 guests, features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, a welcoming living room, and an ocean-view terrace; the master bedroom boasts stunning sea vistas, a queen-size bed, air conditioning, Netflix and YouTube on the TV, a private bathroom, and terrace access, while the second bedroom offers a versatile bunk bed with a full-size lower bunk and a single upper bunk, air conditioning, a cozy TV lounge, and its own terrace with breathtaking ocean views; the well-appointed kitchen fulfills your culinary desires, and within the common area, enjoy a colossal 3,000m² pool, tennis and soccer courts, basketball, and direct beach access – your beachfront paradise awaits!

You will have access to all the unit space: bedrooms, bathrooms, a full kitchen, a living room with a dining area, and a terrace with a beachfront view.
