Staff smile and greet guests. Breakfast is very much appreciated; Gina is an absolute gem. You need more carts for arrivals and departures; people should not take the cart to their room for lengthy periods. It is not courteous. 4 carts and a 15 minute time slot should be enough. We had to ask for bedding for the sofa bed. Could it not be left in the room? This is our 3rd visit to the hotel . The bar is a great addition. We wish you had extended the bar to be outside; patio’s are so perfect on a warm day to sit and enjoy a beverage

Just ok, high price and not serviced like standard

The hotel is modern and updated. But throughout our stay our room was not serviced, we came back to a room left with undone beds and full trash cans. The desk told us we were supposed to leave a card at the door to request service, BUT no communication was done upon our check-in about such a card. Location of room was close to stairs which I used to take our dog out, but dirt was accumulated in stair case, making it not so pleasant. For the very high price I paid, this hotel lacked the standard service and cleanliness. Be cautious that it is located in a plaza with big stores, overnight strong projecting lights are an issue, so blackout drapes have to be used.

A great choice in the area.

Conveniently located closed to an exit of Hwy 400. Many restaurants, supermarket, stores in the area. Hotel staff was friendly. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was a little soft. Breakfast was OK. Quiet location.

This was by far the nicest, cleanest and most modern hotel in the Parry Sound area. Easy free parking, free breakfast and all day coffee drinks. Room had 2 TVs, mini fridge, microwave, Keurig machine, modern bathroom with 2 showerheads, and I loved the orange-peel scent of the shamppo/conditioner/gel in the shower. Would stay here again for sure.

This is a very modern hotel, but what they don't show is that it's in a mall plaza - basically in front of a wal-mart and behind a gas station. Not very picturesque. It was all new and shiny, but very under-staffed. On a busy weekend, they kept running out of breakfast items, so people just stood around waiting, 10 min or more. We were told "the oven is slow" but it seems some better planning or staffing might have resolved this. Check-in was so formulaic that the clerk had a hard time understanding how to do one step before another, and though we got there an hour after check-in opened there was some question of whether the room was ready for us. After a 3.5 hour drive, that is not what you want to hear. The worst thing was the air conditioning - during a heat wave, essential, but it was so noisy and difficult to control - it would go off in the middle of the night like a car breaking down. The beds/pillows were diabolically uncomfortable, as well. But, it was clean. We'll try somewhere else next year.
