No receptionist and property was at 2nd floor. We found out that we need to whatsapp to a number to get access into the property and that message was pasted at level 1 just beside the door to the stairs. We didn't see it at first and went up the stairs and kept pressing the door bell for about 5 mins. We called the whatsapp number but the call was hang up. Instead, they replied to the messages only. There was no safety lock inside the door and the toilet bowl had some brownish stain. Due to these 2 reasons, we checked out and left the room without staying. The bed area was actually acceptable in terms of cleanliness. By the way, no drinking allowed inside the room too.
