I was at the pool with my 81 yrs old father and i was showing him how the electronic pool chair works. I lowered the chair into the pool but it would'nt come back out. Dangerous for an elderly or disabled person. The front desk was gracious about getting maintenance person on it right away.

Very nice place. Rooms are super nice and fancy. The staff is the plus of this hotel. The restaurant inside worth it. Good wines on the restaurant list. Last good point: the hotel is located next to the famous wine yards.

For the price we paid for three people, we expected a much higher standard upon check-in and service. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t meet expectations. The bedding for the third person wasn’t provided, and there was no phone in the room to contact housekeeping for assistance. When we inquired at the front desk, we were told to come pick it up ourselves. Additionally, the mattress was heavily stained, as was the bedding, which was concerning. The shower handle was also broken and kept falling off, making it difficult to use. When we raised these issues at checkout, the staff’s response was dismissive, almost as if we were asking for something unreasonable. Overall, it felt like the hotel did not prioritize the comfort or satisfaction of its guests, especially considering the price we paid.

Big big room - nice property but some details lacking. Entryway light didn’t work in our room and the toilet kept on filling w water unless you fiddle with the handle. $11.50 parking also not great.

The bathtub in my room was broken and that was one of the biggest reasons I got that room. When I called the front desk it took me over an hours to get ahold of them because my phone was broken in my room.

The staff were excellent, room was spacious and clean. The shower head needed replacement or repair (staff advised). The bed was a bit to hard, aside from these two issues I would highly recommend this property.
