It was not in a safe area; my wife was very afraid and wanted to leave immediately. We only stayed one night as I was too tired to leave as our flight had just arrived and we were hungry. There were people smoking marijuana when we arrived, so the entire stay was terrible. I stayed up the entire night to defend my spouse in case someone tried to come into the room. Again, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone as it was unsafe.

The only thing I liked about this place was that it was closed to the place I came to visit. This place needs to be checked by sanitation department I asked for a non smoking room and I found cigarettes ashes on the nightstand and floor. The headboard was dirty with some weird stuff. The bathtub water didn’t work so we had to use a bucket to take a shower, the toilet water was hot and the sink water was cold. This place was just a mess we put our own bed sheets that I had just bought because there was no way I was laying on that bed. We stayed there because it was too late to find another place and the reason we stayed was because it was so close to where we needed to be. And the next day when we were checking out 2 police officers where there looking for a man that had an arrest warrant. I was so scared please don’t stay here and the management was so rude. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Didnt stay dirty was crawling w bugs and no refund

I got in the room there were cacaroaches coming out of the mattress and some in the bathroom, i told them and they offered me another room, there was a dead cacaroach on the floor, i said i cant stay, and i asked for a refund since i booked on here. She said the manager would determine if i could get a refund, so i said ok, the manager called and said he would give me a refund and i told him i booked with you. I never recieved a refund. I didnt take a picture of the first room but i did take a picture for her in the second room

When i arrived, there were roaches in the room and no other rooms available. Was told i would have to contact expedia if i wanted a refund. Total inconvience, was not refunded and had to spend money for another room. Disappointed in the rodeway and expedia.

Very, very rude staff. Cockroaches came out of a new roll of toilet paper after I took the wrapper off. Found bed bugs also. Toilet wouldn't fill up with water so that the material would go down so it piled up. Called numerous times to complain about this and no one ever came to check it out. Noisy outside 24 hrs. Slamming doors. No tv channels. DOUBLE ZERO STARS
