It is newly renovated/paint 43 sqm opened up after long lease, fully furnished apartment with swimming pool view. The compound is 2 minutes away from Patong beach. The Apartment has full facilities of swimming pool/fitness/free wifi. We do provide 1 King size bed plus 1 Single bed, good for 3 persons. We provide linens, towels bath, pool, shampoo, liquid soap. This fully furnished Studio apartment is located less 30 meters away from Patong beach, just 2 minutes walking only. You can even see the beach from the entrance of this compound. It is considered a very good location as not many nice compound is the beachfront, mostly are 5-6 star hotels. This apartment has been delisted after it was leased out for long term, that why there are many old reviews. We have renovated/repainted/refresh with new air con and new linens. We have all appliances for your needed such as refrigerator, kettle, microwave, dishes washer sink, spoon, plates and utensils and others. We have arranged with 1 King bed and 1 Single bed. The room price is for 2 people and if you want to stay 3 people, there will be a fee for 3rd person. We do provide cleaned room only, no breakfast, no daily cleaning unless you do stay more than a week, we do provide once a free week cleaning complimentary. For monthly stay, you can opt for the price exclusing electricity and water, payable at usage rate. Guests are allowed to use all facilities of the Resort. Rooftop Swimming pool, Rooftop Gym, car parking, restaurant, bar and rooftop party area. There is free wifi available for whole compound, please ask reception for wifi username and password. Reception is 24 hours and Host is available with team of staff to support you for your happy stay. Easy to contact Host through all media; whatapp, Line and Wechat between 7am till 10pm. There is staff to help you to check in and check out, and we do provide our staff contact number to help you all times. 24hrs Reception is very helpful and you can contact them for any emergency especially at late night issues such as air con leakage. We will support and help you all time during your stay, so you can be peace of mind. We are located on the main Patong beach front, it is easy to go around Patong by walk such as Jung Ceylon, Night Market Banzan, Central Festival Patong and Boxing stadium, Cabaret Show in Patong. It is easy to walk every where, easy to take tuk tuk or rent the bike to go around Patong. Airport bus is available, taxi counter is in front of the compound. There was a review of construction of the wall by opposite hotel, which had been completed before year endWe do not provide daily cleaning, we prodive cleaning every 3 days for weekly stay only (it mean once a week free cleaning and linens change). If you decide to stay for a month, please ask Host about cleaning arrangement as the price is selling on monthly basis, electricity and water may not included for the monthly rate only. Cleaning and linens change service can be purchased from reception at Thb600 per time. Please do not throw tissue in toilet bowls. Please do off the lights and air cons, whenever you go out, to prevent any Fire accident, which you will have to be responsible for the damage of the apartment and others, if it occured.
