Nice hotel but takes a bit of finding

Good value for money room basic but nice enough good value for money and staff very helpful. Major problem was trying to find it so get a tuk tuk if landing for first time. Good 25 minute walk to the beach, 17 minute to junk Ceylon. Hotel out of major hussle do much quieter.
