Excellent location. Good branding and decebt pizza place. No options for breakfast in the hotel. The main issue is that the rooms are absolutely tiny like being in a jail cell with a sink by the bed. Had my room upgraded to a higher floor and experience was better. Despite the low price would not recommend.

100 meters from the beach. 10/10 recommended.

I would recommend staying at this hotel. It is 100 meters from the beach, has a good swimming pool, and a gym. They also have amazing wood-fired pizza at the front. 10/10, I would come back and stay again. Also, the staff are friendly. :)

I stayed for 5 night this time and previous years I stated at this hotel when I'm in Pattaya. Good location, nice pool, short walk to restaurants, bar, beach and massage parlors. The staff was excellent, the room needs a paint job and was small. The free WIFI in the room didn't work and had go to the lobby to check emails and go on internet. The assist front office manager knows the problem and it will takes 2 months to fix. I discovered many ants around the sink and I had to change room after 2 nights.

This is a great location with the beach and lots of dining options all a few steps from the hotel. Room was clean and modern , a great bargain considering its location. I will definitely stay here again
