Slight Disappointed

Was my 3rd or 4th times here, check in as usual fast and smooth. Has requested for a higher floor unit thru written message when making this booking. Not sure how the message was passes down, was given a lower unit 304. When im trying to explain or show the text message, front desk insisted that i have requested for 304. Not a big deal, will just take the unit. Now come the worst, on 2nd night onward 1 of the unit has been making loud noise or having party till almost 5am. Is terrible till i have to call front desk at 5.15am on the 3rd night to complaint. Other than this is a prefect place to stay. Friendly staff and helpful chamber maid, hope the next visit will be much better.

The photos aren't current. Everything is much dingier than the photos suggest. Water pressure and consistent temperature in the shower is nonexistent. If you sweat and get your pillowcase dirty, they will charge you money out of your deposit. I won't go back.

Just an average hotel!

The hotel is located in center of town, close to restaurants and entertainment. However, it feels and looks rundown and in need of major upgrades. Room was old and not very clean, floor was obviously dirty. Not sure how it has such high rating by others!

Property presentable on pictures, however reality is somewhat different. Mattress and bedding could use a major upgrade. Pillows and comforter stinky, for me #1 failure! 2nd insisting on Cash deposit only and you claim to be a world class?? When a guest asks for a n extension towel please provide 1 and do not claim that the room has been cleaned already and all the towels provided, will not earn you a good review.
