Very disappointed by choosing this hotel. Firstly the pic of double room I selected did not match by far therefore I had to upgrade costing me an extra 800 baht per night for the remaining 12 nights stay. Furthermore I had to extend my holiday by two extra nights and I was not going to change hotel for just two nights and I asked to stay in the same room but they moved me into their biggest room on same floor two doors down costing me 5600 baht and did not allow me to stay in my already upgraded room which I saw during my last two nights was unoccupied therefore they scammed me for extra money. I would understand if my old room was booked. I have been coming to pattaya for 15 years now Ive used multiple hotels this has to the worst hotel. Lastly do not be deceived by the pics you see of the hotel room they dont match and you will be disappointed. Find another hotel do yourself a favour. Another thing to add the breakfast was also rubbish normally I get up have breakfast and go back to my room, but their variety was poor so most days I did not bother.
