The staff is amazing. Always very friendly and helpful. The location is convenient to everything. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was a bit too hard for my liking so they put a foam mattress cover on to help. The pool is large and not too busy. I would like to have thicker cushions on the pool lounge chairs! I was impressed that they changed the covers quite regularly. The internet worked well but on this stay it was not password protected as it has been in past stays. I have stayed here several time and highly recommend Zing Resort and Spa.

The hotel is in a good position, a short walk to the beach. Shops, restaurants and bars. Staff are excellent and helpful. The rooms are clean and tidy, good value for money.

It was just a great experience from the friendly staff. To the close proximity to the beach. All the fun spots in the neighborhood. I just had a great experience and would definitely stay there again
