This is our second year staying at the Bridgewater Property. The unit was very well appointed with everything you need for a beach stay. Beach chairs and umbrella and sand toys all in working order. Kitchen had everything needed, deck had five high chairs and a great view. Everything was clean and tidy. We will return to this location next year.One nice thing about this property is the lazy river and pool area. In fact it’s so popular that they have on site security to maintain the area and beach access for residents and guests only. Otherwise the place would be overwhelmed.

We love Pawley’s Island and have found our new favorite place to stay! The condo is fully loaded with a wonderful view and easy access to the beach and pool. Communication was easy and prompt.

Nice three days

One of the major attractions of Summerhouse is the extensive outdoor pool complex which unfortunately was under repair and closed. Would have been nice to be notified of this. Condo was nice, great view, and on a quieter top floor. The cleanup crew could have done better though.

Short stay, too short

Unit was very nice, clean, comfortable. View of ocean was awesome. Whole property was very well kept. Pool was open in November, which was appreciated. Used outdoor pool, outdoor lazy river (they have some inner tubes for guest use), indoor pool and indoor hot tub in Bridgewater building. Very quiet and peaceful (in November anyway). Would recommend and hope to return to same unit in the future.
