The main floor features a living area with surround sound/smart TV, a spacious kitchen with breakfast bar, and the dining area, all with beautiful tile floors. Two sets of glass doors open to a screened porch lined with rocking chairs. The front deck has additional areas to sit and enjoy your beach time at Pawleys Island with family and friends.

The main level has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The ground floor has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, a large living area with tile floor, a fireplace; large bar area with microwave, mini-fridge and the laundry room has an extra refrigerator. There is an interior staircase for easy access to main floor, and the added benefit of ground level entry.

Heated Pool $600.00/week. (Pool Heater will not work if outside temperature is below 60 degrees) Whirlpool tub heated to 95 degrees included.

Shorter Stays may be available last minute.
Monthly Winter Rentals may be available during the off-season.
Monthly rentals have Housekeeping and optional Linen Packages provided for an additional cost.

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.
