BEACH ACCESS: Approx. 4-minute walk. The nearest of 7 neighborhood beach access-ways is located on the south side of the nearby Litchfield Inn.

CREEK ACCESS: The private fixed dock is located on a tidal canal providing built-in benches and adjacent floating dock with gangway. A small boat launch is located on the far end of Sundial Drive, perfect for launching a Jon boat and kayaks to explore the beautiful tidal creek.

LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday stays in summer. Partial week stays may be considered for last-minute bookings.
