The fully stocked kitchen flows seamlessly into the living room, which is filled with natural light. A cozy living room with a smart TV and all bedrooms so you can keep track of everyone. The outdoor space is simply made for fun!
The yard is low-maintenance, which is perfect for your furry friends or young children. There are several large trees that create a breezy, relaxing ambiance for evening cocktails or morning coffee. Additional outdoor features include an entertaining space under the house that will offer an array of fun games, and an outdoor enclosed shower with both hot and cold water. And there’s more! Munn Hub comes with a golf cart to get you to the beach without having to load up the car. For even more fun, there will be a private pool installed in late March 20026.
