Guests have exclusive access to the entire Julia House property, including the private swimming pool, all outdoor terraces and seating areas, covered pergola, outdoor shower, and landscaped grounds. Private parking is available on-site. The property features a private entrance ensuring complete privacy during your stay.

The picturesque port town of Gaios, with waterfront restaurants, cafes, and shops, is easily accessible by car. The charming fishing village of Lakka and Paxos's stunning beaches are all within easy driving distance, with the island's compact size meaning no destination is more than 20 minutes away.

Please note that the bedroom is located in the attic level, accessed via stairs, making Julia House unsuitable for guests with mobility issues or those who have difficulty with stairs. The property features stairs both to access the attic bedroom and within the outdoor areas. The house is located in a quiet residential area, so we ask guests to respect our neighbors and maintain reasonable noise levels, especially in the evenings. While the house offers complete privacy, it's situated within a small community of traditional homes. A car is necessary to explore the island and reach beaches and restaurants, as the property is not within walking distance of major amenities.

GETTING THERE/TRANSIT:
Julia House is accessible from Corfu Airport (10 minutes to Corfu port, then 1-hour ferry to Paxos). Private transfers and car rentals can be arranged through Paxos Retreats. The property requires a car for exploring the island and accessing beaches and restaurants. Ferry tickets to Paxos must be arranged independently, though we’re happy to provide guidance on schedules and booking procedures.
