Guests will have access to the entire home.

For quick and secure entry into the house, there is a keypad on the front door. For the length of your stay, you will be given a special access code unique to the front entrance.

Being respectful and considerate of the neighbors is one of the most essential house rules because this house is in a residential area on a peaceful street.

Quiet Hours are 10 PM - 8 AM.

Check in is 4 PM and check out is 11 AM.

The landscaper is scheduled monthly to maintain the front and back yard. He will be entering and exiting on his own. I will give a heads up on day-of.

The green trash bin from WM is kept on the side of the property by carport. All trash must be collected and taken out. Trash is picked up from the street on Wednesday mornings. Our big garbage bags kept below the kitchen sink are also for your use.

This is a smoke-free property and vaping and smoking of all kinds are prohibited inside or out.

We do allow most dogs as long as they are well house trained, stay off furniture, will be crated when away, and do not chew cords, carpet, furniture, etc. Please ask and confirm your dog before booking.
