Mountain Views and Great Fire Pit

1 Bedroom home, with great long-range mountain views. Quiet wooded lot. Great fire pit area. Close to great trails for hiking, ATVs. The house is located on a dirt road. There is parking for at least 4 cars, but a large trailer may be difficult to park.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed. The great room has a Murphy bed with a very comfortable queen size mattress. And, there is also a queen size soft bed. The laundry area also has s a queen-sized air mattress that you can use on the queen size sleeper sofa to help with comfort.
Near the fire pit is a patio with table and chairs to enjoy the views.

There MAY be a FIRE BAN in place when you are interested in coming. Please check the Tonto Forest web site for alert ban status at https://www.fs.usda.gov/alerts/tonto/alerts-notices
I will have a sign on the fire pit if I know there is a ban in place. But, it changes often, according to the weather, etc. I do not control the state fire ban laws. Safety is important!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property! We loved the woodsy decor, the open floor plan, and the big bedroom with a very comfortable king- size bed. The outdoor area had comfortable chairs, a nice grill and fire pit, and great views of the hills. We would definitely stay here again! It’s only a few miles to Payson and close to a lot of the outdoor activities we wanted to experience.

Lovely home in a quiet area. The pictures on the website are exactly as the house looks. Loved sitting on the patio watching the sunrise, sharing our space with the birds, the elk herd and the friendly neighborhood dogs. The king size bed was very comfortable.We enjoyed our stay a lot.

Everything about the property was great. Little tricky getting there with the dirt road and turn into the road but no other issues. Kitchen had everything a house would have. On site laundry was nice. Very clean and orderly.

spotless, well stocked, lovely furnishings,nice laundry room. I love being close to horses on that same road. Internet keeps cutting out but I would expect that in this rural area. Roads are deeply rutted but I like that - the country feel, but need to be careful driving. Very steep driveway prevented me from walking much - I am in the 70s with hip problems but not a problem for most, I would think. Still a very lovely property. Faye was very attentive by text when I had questions.

The king bed was super comfy and the kitchen had everything you could want. The nice small touches like the dog bed, bowl set, and dog treats were a wonderful extra touch. We had a great stay and the area was lovely with lots of dog friendly restaurants, parks, and hikes.

Beautifully appointed home reminding us of our mountain home in Pennsylvania. Perfect for a long weekend get away from phoenix heat. The master bed was so, so comfortable, loved being able to cook with gas/propane once again. Many signs of elk as we hiked up a gravel/dirt road nearby. Discovered all we really needed to do was sit on the patio in the evening, as the elk came up through the trees behind the house. Truly enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic trip

Our 3 night stay was fantastic . The furniture and decor was amazing and very comfortable. Each morning we had coffee on the deck to plan our day. Perfect distance from Payson area making it convenient for restaurants, antiquing, thrift shopping and hiking. Hope to go back again.

So cute! Super comfy king sized bed. I thought of tying the mattress to my car & bringing it home. Ha. We were lucky enough to see Elk both evenings. So cool! They walked by so closely. Awkward & majestic! Good clean space & we didn’t need for anything! Hope to return some day! Thank you

Arizona getaway

This was our first trip from the Midwest to Arizona. The house was in the mountains and had an amazing view every morning and evening. The firepit was perfect for a nightcap. The house is filled with details from the local stores. It is small and beautiful along with exactly what we were looking for. We drove in a different direction every day and enjoyed coming back to the house for evening relaxation. The house is exactly what was expected and would recommend any of my friends to visit.
