The restaurant and store are poorly equipped with food and drinks. Just bring your own food and drinks; you can sit outside in front of the lodges.

The cabin was clean, had everything we needed for our overnight stay and was handy to get to our booked excursion on site the next morning. Be sure to arrive in daylight. The GPS address takes you to the main campus and these cabins are at Hualapai Point. You need to be able to see the sign for that and turn right before GPS says you have arrived. Security is very helpful if you do get lost. Eat dinner before you get there since restaurant closes early.

Make this part of your Grand Canyon Experience.

Beautifully remote but staff made you very comfortable. Sure the rooms are small but super clean with all necessary amenities. Exceeded expectations and just a mile or so from Grand Canyon West. Old west village type set up was a nice bonus.

Very expensive with almost zero amenities.NO table, desk, chairs, No TV. No closest. No place to hang clothes. No ice bucket (but the ice machine did not work anyway.), Did I mention NO HEAT? If you're going to Grand Canyon West, drive several miles for lodging rather than stay at this place!

Absolute gem with insane views.

Nicest little cabin retreat! It’s so quiet and perfect. We’re already planning to come back!! The only issue was the bed was so squeaky. Everytime I would turn over it would sound like we’re getting it on!! The views are insane too!

The cabin was very nice and clean. It looked rustic yet modern. The views are amazing. I would definitely recommend staying here while visiting Grand Canyon West! The only downside is it is an isolated area with limited amenities.

The lady at the reception desk was nice, but not overly receptive. The cabin was as expected, however attention to minor details would have improved on the rating. The front porch light bulb was in need of replacement as was one in the ceiling fan. We could not get a hairdryer to plug into the outlet in the bathroom. We had a partial roll of toilet paper with no replacements on site. When we arrived for breakfast the following morning we were informed there were no meat products available which limited the breakfast menu. Also, the coffee had not been started. I liked the small western town theme setting but it didn’t seem that all of the buildings were open and staff appeared to be limited

No frills hotel but perfect for a 1 night stay. Room was clean, but small and needed some better organization for refrigerator and microwave. No place to put food items for prep. Parking was plentiful. The mini town on site was empty and places closed by 5/530 so if food was needed you better eat early or bring your own

They had great views and was very convenient to stay for the close by tours. There was no coffee bar only in room. Breakfast opened at 830 which is later than we would like. But the breakfast burrito was delicious. Dinner option closed at 530 so we had to drive to next ranch 20 minutes away. Cabins are in the res so it is “dry” there. You need to bring your food and booze in if you wish to partake. Also there is no deadbolt in the door. Overall a good place to stay overnight though. Watched a beautiful sunrise too.

Firstly the property address was given as Peach Springs, which was 2 hours away from the actual location of the address. We arrived at Peach Springs and then had to drive another 2 hours in dense darkness to the location. We arrived at 8:50 pm and managed to get the keys from the attending personnel in time before he left at 9:00 pm. We were asked to sign a form, and no instructions were provided regarding breakfast or any other details. A bit more attention regarding welcoming the guests would be more appreciated. People parked their cars outside their cabin. An earlier arrival guests occupied part of the front outside our cabin and hence I had to park my car elsewhere.
