Outside you have a brand new cedar hot tub, outdoor bath, outdoor fire pit area and kayaks.

There is a large covered outdoor lounge and dining are with fans, bar area, bar fridge and cafe blinds for the cooler months, the table seats 10 comfortably.

With 2 full bathrooms and an additional toilet, The ONE is suitable for groups of 8 adults plus children.

Stylishly newly renovated The ONE is the perfect destination for those wanting to walk to the beach, cafe or Restaurant in less than a minute - enjoy long lunches on the extensive covered deck or paddle to the beach via the rear creek access.

Perfect Pearl Beach getaway

Great house for a multigenerational holiday. Close to the beach, walk to Patonga and only a short drive to Umina. The undercover area out the back is where we spent most of our time. Will definitely stay again.

We loved the property! It was so beautiful with the hot tub and firepit outside. We had a group of 8 people and everyone was comfortable and enjoyed themselves. I definitely do recommend this for groups of 8 or less.

1 Diamond is a girl’s (and her family’s) best friend!

We just spent the most relaxing weekend with family and chosen family at 1 Diamond at Pearl Beach. Carla, the property manager, is hospitality in carnet. On arrival there is everything (and more) to help a busy bunch feel very quickly decompressed. It was like we had our own little capsule of tranquility in this sedate property. Carla is approachable and so very thoughtful. Thank you. We hope to stay again very soon. 🌺🌺🌴

Wonderful relaxing hideaway

The house was very comfortable situated in a very tranquil place. The outside deck was fantastic giving the house a resort feel. The proximity to the beach was fantastic only a 1minute walk Carla was a great host and catered to any question we needed to ask

Beautiful place!

Our family spent a lovely week at The One in Pearl Beach and we highly recommend this place! It was clean and comfortable and Carla was a lovely host - always available and really went above and beyond to make sure we had everything that we required. Due to the weather there were a lot of mosquitoes so I would recommend packing some insect repellent with you, but that had nothing to do with the quality of the place and the service provided. Thank you so much Carla for a wonderful stay!
