Peaceful, Private villa, situated amongst Orange Trees, Mediterranean Gardens, in the private community of La Sella with Pool, Air Con, WIFI, Smart TV and Villa Pack upon arrival.

THE VILLA
This detached and enclosed villa is south facing and benefits from private terraces to enjoy the sun all day. Whilst relaxing on the terraces you can enjoy mountain views, privacy, and a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere.

The villa sleeps 4 people in 2 large bedrooms, with new bed frames and mattresses, and ample storage. The rooms have roller shutters to create complete blackout for a good nights sleep.

The entire villa has air conditioning and is fitted with ceiling fans and tiled floors - to help keep the villa cool throughout the Summer months.

A newly renovated kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and all essential cooking utensils.

The kitchen leads straight onto the outside terrace....So enjoy eating outside on the terrace on those warm Summer evenings.

Relax in the air-conditioned living/dining area.
The space is open-plan, bright and modern furnished, with a Smart TV. Great for viewing your favourite apps like Netflix, Disney Plus, YouTube...
WIFI is included.

The outside shower is ideal for cooling down. It is completely private and a perfect way to relax while enjoying the beautiful surroundings.

The garden also benefits from comfortable sun-loungers, parasols, gazebo-covered seating area and BBQ.

Behind the property is a stunning tropical garden (visit: www.jardinalbarda.com) which adds to the relaxing atmosphere, listening to sound of tropical birds.

A utility room provides a washing machine, dryer, iron/ ironing board and cleaning supplies that are available to use throughout your stay.

Beds will be stripped, aired and new linens put on prior to your stay. A deep clean of the villa and appliances is carried out before every stay.

THE POOL
Directly opposite the front entrance is an extra large secluded and gated pool with beautiful views of the mountains, ONLY accessible by key-only and only 30 seconds away. The pool services ONLY 10 villas along the street, but is empty the vast majority of the time, often giving the private pool experience.

The pool offers a separate shallow pool for smaller children or for a relaxing dip. The main pool progresses to an almost 2m depth, perfect for diving and fun for all the family.

There is a spacious relaxation area with benches and stunning views that overlook mountains, Orange groves and the sea. With a cooling shower next to the pool, this is the perfect spot for sunbathing after a relaxing swim.

The pool is fully maintained and cleaned daily.

THE AREA
The villa is situated on the mountain of La Sella, a private residential community offering 24/7 security of the area.

Great for exploring, walking, biking, running, dining, whatever you love to do!

Just a few minutes walk from the villa is the community hub of shops and services. This includes: mini supermarket (offering essential products and freshly baked bread and pastries), fine dining restaurant, a buzzing bistro cafĂ©/bar, pharmacy, information centre, international tennis courts, horse-riding and kids’ club.

Nearby is the La Sella Golf Course and the Marriott Hotel, perfect for afternoon lunch.

Only a short drive away are the beaches and towns of DĂ©nia and Javea.

A variety of traditional and modern restaurants, bars, shopping outlets, supermarkets, night markets, ice cream parlours, stunning beaches, water sports and a Spa are all available in the local towns of DĂ©nia and Javea.

DĂ©nia has an outstanding marina and harbour, offering various water sports and exclusive restaurants/coffee shops catering for the whole family.

If you enjoy walking or exploring there are many walks available with stunning views, and DĂ©nia Castle is a must see too...

During the Summer months many festivals, parades and firework displays take place.

TrĂšs belle maison avec plein de charme

TrĂšs belle maison typiquement espagnole, Pleine de charme dans un trĂšs beau quartier. Tout est Ă  15-20 min en voiture bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Maison propre dans l’ensemble, literie tres correcte, mais il y avait un peu de poussiĂšre derrieres les meubles et en dessous des lits, point Ă  amĂ©liorer de notre point de vue. L’autre point qui nous a un peu gĂȘnĂ© Ă©tait l’absence de machine a cafe, nous preparions le cafe dans une casserole Ă  l’ancienne. Piscine commune trĂšs propre, juste en face de la villa et souvent vide (on pouvait l’avoir que pour nous) Nous regrettons pas du tout notre choix, et recommandons cette maison sans hĂ©sitation Merci Kate

Maison dans un quartier calme avec belles prestations. Nous avons apprécié le calme, l'agencement de la maison, la piscine et sa vue magnifique. La mer est proche ainsi que la ville. La plage est agréable et le centre ville avec ses marchés aussi. Merci Kate pour ce séjour reposant et dépaysant.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is fully equipped with everything you could need, and we truly lacked nothing. Kate is an exceptionally good and pleasant host. Whenever we had questions, we received an immediate answer. The surroundings are absolutely wonderful. The pool is about a 30-second walk away, and the beach is a 10-minute drive by car. Highly recommended!

Fabulous!

My husband, myself and our two teenage daughters spent a glorious two weeks in Kate’s beautiful property. I have to say on arrival the property was absolutely spotless both inside and outside. The outside space is absolutely beautiful and lots of it. There were lovely zoned off areas for sunbathing or if you wanted shade and there was plenty of outside furniture to enjoy all the spaces, six beautiful loungers was a real treat with beautiful umbrellas if you wanted shade. There is a lovely breeze most days created by the beautiful surrounding mountains. The outside shower is very useful, however so is the garden hose to cool off. The communal pool is a 2 minute walk away and has a beautiful vista of the mountains and most days is extremely quiet and many times we had it all to ourselves. This lovely property is set in a gorgeous, quiet, up market area and you feel completely safe. We allowed our daughters to walk around and had no concerns at all. There is a nearby restaurant in La Sella which is walkable to. Lovely food at very reasonable prices and a great atmosphere. The property is extremely well equipped and the attention to detail is second to none. Do ask Kate about her secret drawer😀 Kate was at the other end of the phone if you needed anything but we didn’t as everything was fantastic. A car is definitely required if you want to go out and explore. Would highly recommend this beautiful property in beautiful surroundings 😎

A lovely clean house in a beautiful area

We had a really nice holiday in La Sella. When we arrived at the house it was incredibly welcoming and clean. The house has lots of charm and is in authentic Spanish style. The landlord had just changed the air conditioner, which was really nice in the heat. Everything that stood in the description of the house lived up to our expectations. Unfortunately it was so dry that we could not grill outside as the house did not have a gas grill but only a charcoal grill. However, we cooked food in the new kitchen. Landlord was always very helpful. She guided us to the best beaches and to nice restaurants. It is definitely a place we would recommend and return to.
