Built and furnished to a very high standard, Villa Karapete is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom Detached holiday villa in Cyprus , Peyia, Coral Bay. It is situated in a quiet location 2 minute from Peiya, 5 minutes from Coral Bay and 10/15 minutes to Paphos.
The property is offered fully furnished with double glazing and fly screens throughout, air conditioning in all rooms and ceiling fans. The Villa has a large garden and private 10x5 meter pool with stunning mountain & Sea views. This villa has a lovely open plan living room and kitchen area with British TV and film channels.
The villa has a lovely BBQ area, perfect for enjoying the lazy summer nights, with plenty of outdoor seating.

The airport is a 20 min drive away and transfers can be arranged from a local taxi hire, mini bus or car hire at a local charge.
A car is advisable to get to beaches which are 5 minutes drive away & local supermarkets.

Great Holiday in Cyprus

Just spent 3 weeks in this delightful residence. The pool is great, large and inviting. The garden is great with sea views and a quiet area to relax and contemplate. Samantha was very helpful with quick responses to communications. Overall if you are looking to stay in the west of Cyprus you will have to go a long way to beat this for charm, quietness and only a short drive from the "Strip" in Coral Bay where all the restaurants and shops are.

Lovely holiday

We had a really good holiday here. Arrival was tricky due to issues with the instructions for the aircon units. We also had difficulty contacting Andrea to sort this out. However the holiday was lovely and the villa was great. Excellent peaceful location but easy reach to the beaches and restaurants. Lovely pool and lovely view. The garden is particularly attractive. Overall there is a lovely feeling of space at the villla. Some outdoor lights and shower tap need replacing but nothing really that interrupted our holiday

Wonderful place, wonderful holidays

We visited villa karapete in may 2023. The villa lies a little bit above peyia. The view was beautyful. We had a car so we could drive to the beach (about 5-10minutes). The villa was perfectly equipped. We found all we needed. The garden was a quiet place to rest. The pool was ideal for a quick refreshment and very huge! We will come back!
