Upon arrival, be enchanted by the lush gardens that surround this haven, boasting a generously sized private swimming pool, complete with sunbeds, umbrellas, and a barbecue area. Relax in the outdoor haven adorned with comfortable furniture, perfect for al fresco dining while soaking in the delightful Paphos breeze. Step inside to discover the expansive open-plan living area adorned with a dining section and a cozy lounge. Sink into the comfortable couches while enjoying entertainment on the large smart TV or stay connected with complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi. The dining table comfortably seats six guests, offering an ideal setting for shared meals and gatherings. The fully equipped kitchen delights with modern amenities including a dishwasher, Nespresso machine, washing machine, and dryer, catering to all your needs. A convenient guest toilet is located downstairs for added comfort. Venture upstairs to find three beautifully appointed bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts a queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom equipped with a luxurious tub and a shower head for your relaxation and convenience. Two additional bedrooms feature twin beds, ensuring a peaceful night's rest for up to six guests. A second well-appointed bathroom with a tub and shower head is also conveniently situated on the first floor.
All passport/ID’s copies for occupants and guests must be provided prior to arrival. No access to the Property can be given until Phaedrus Living has seen satisfactory identification -such determination to be at the Phaedrus Living sole discretion. Lead Guest must be 18 years or above to stay at the Property Any removal of property inventory may be treated as theft. No smoking inside the property. No pets allowed. No loud music or parties allowed. In case of loss of accommodation keys, the service fee of 35- 60 Euros to change the lock will be paid by guest Any illegal activity will result in immediate ejection and notification to the Police. Booking fees will not be refundable by Phaedrus Living in this scenario. Building rules and procedures must be adhered by guests. At the end of the reservation, the premises and its fixtures and fittings must be in the same condition provided at the commencement of the stay. Any breakages, or necessary repairs and replacements will be paid by the guest. Renewal of the reservation is at the discretion of the Phaedrus Living. The guest should inform the Phaedrus Living at least 3 days in advance and it is subject to availability. Payment will be required upon confirmation of the extension of the reservation. If the guest acts against any of the conditions specified above Phaedrus Living has the right to terminate the reservation instantly.
