Excellent 2 & 3 bedrooms en-suite villas ( all bungalows ) with private pools, located 900m from Coral Bay, the most popular and famous resort of Paphos. These attractive, sunshine villas share the same scenic location and beautiful panoramic sea views of the Mediteranian sea, countryside, mountains and bananas plantations. Ideally located close to Coral Bay ( 900m ) and only 12km from Paphos town and main tourist area.
Each villa has two pritty spacious bedrooms ( 1 master and 1 twin), an open-plan lounge and dining room ( with TV chanels from all over the world , DVD and wi-fi internet ), which is separated by a breakfast bar from the kitchen ( with washing machne, oven & gas hops, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle and plenty cooking utensils and equipments). Air-conditioning (hot & cold air) in bedrooms payable locally at €6 per unit per day.
Sliding doors lead out to spacious covered veranda facing to the pool and amazing, stunning sea views. Spacious patio around the pool and villa , with sunbeds, garden table & chairs, unbrellas, BBQ and private parking. Private, peaceful, relaxing and very safe place ( no gates, cameras or security codes ) , The ideal holiday destination for families, couples and elderly people seeking relaxing holiday in superb surrounding with great climate.
Its a family running business and our main concern and priority is to make your holiday as enjoyable as possible. our house is in the same huge land (9500sqm) as our villas and we are there for you at any time, day or night should you need us.

wonderful villa

The villa and pool area were all beautifully clean on arrival and equipped with everything we needed for our stay.Simos was a very welcoming host and he responded to a couple of minor issues we had immediately and dealt with them.The location of the villa was great being close to Coral Bay but also not far from Paphos. We did find having a hire car useful as although possible to walk to Coral bay strip and restaurants it was very hot for the duration of our stay.Would thoroughly recommend this villa for a real home from home experience with a lovely outside and pool area with fantastic views and the reassurance of having Simos nearby if you needed help with anything

Thank you,dear Simos ,for a very good holiday in your cozy house.The description to find the villa, was clear .thanks for the pictures from the road.Three hours to late in the night,such a friendly man,named Simos,welcomed us,we were tired,but immediately we felt so well. a very clean villa with everything you need with a great top cleaned pool.the next morning the sight to the sea and the huge terrace,what do you need more ?all questions we had,Simos was so helpful and we loved to have some nice conversations with him.We can recommend everything there, we had 14 beautiful days,we will tell our friends for booking one of these villas and we book over 10 years always our holidays at this company Simos as the host and his villa is on our holiday charts on place number one.Thank you Simos!!!Ortwin from Munich

Family holiday July 2023

The villa is situated on a hill in a peaceful location with a beautiful view across the bay. It is very clean and equipped with everything that we needed for our holiday. The pool area was lovely and we spent most of our time on the veranda and around the pool. The bars, restaurants and supermarkets are approx. 900 metres away but if you don’t want to walk there are plenty of taxis available and the supermarket will take you and your shopping back to the villa without charge. The villa owner, Simos, lives in the same residential area and goes out of his way to help make your holiday the best it can be. I can’t speak highly enough of him. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to return next summer.

Simos is brilliant, great sense of humour and nothing was any trouble, if you are disabled then Eleni is all on 1 level apart from a 6 inch rise where you park the car!! The view is amazing and 2 minutes drive to coral bay strip, we really enjoyed our stay, contact simos villas, amazing 6 stars

Simos the owner couldn't have been more helpful. He provides a very friendly warm welcome and responds quickly to any questions or queries. The villa (Artemis) was in a quiet location with great views of the sea. It was a nice a spacious property and had great views of the sea. Although only 900 metres from Coral Bay there is no safe pathway to walk on, you certainly would not walk to and from the villa at night. That said there are plenty of taxis that are available for 10 euros per trip. A good place to use as a base if you want to explore other nearby areas such as Paphos.

Fantastic villa holiday

The villa was even more than we had hoped for. Really clean, comfortable and spacious. Within a 10 minute walk to all that Coral bay offers. The owner, Simos was extremely helpful especially as my husband is a wheelchair user and he could not have done more to make our stay as easy as possible and also asked out opinion on what more he could do to make it even better for people with disabilities. We will certainly return and would highly recommend a holiday at this beautiful villa.

The perfect holiday villa

A sparkling clean villa set on the hillside above Coral Bay with a panoramic view of the Med. We enjoyed our stay tremendously. Lovely and private swimming pool cleaned regularly. South facing patio. The villa is well equipped with good quality furniture and fittings all in new condition. Plenty of space to relax. The owner lives nearby and was friendly and helpful. An excellent choice for a very successful holiday.
