The villa offers space for 4 people. Bedrooms with double beds,one bathroom en-suite and another bathroom with shower, nice living-dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, big fridge-freezer, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, washing machine, etc. In addition, the living room has air conditioning as well as in two bedrooms with double hot and cold function.From the living-dining room there is access to the glazed terrace with awning and from there directly to the private pool and the terrace area where there is an outside shower and barbecue. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden with nice sitting areas to enjoy the views.
The villa is equipped with wifi internet, TV-sat international and Spanish channels, and ceiling fans. A beautiful place to relax and enjoy the amazing panoramic views.
Monte Pego is a good starting point for plenty of activities. Visit the natural dunes beach of Oliva Nova or the fine sandy beach of Les Deveses. The ancient village Pego is at only 7 km. There you can do the shopping in one of the numerous super markets, or you can go to the large shopping centre in Ondara, which is 10 km away. The beautiful city Denia at 20 km, provides a very good infrastructure and a huge offer of leisure activities, a mondern Marina and a fishing port, an attractive historic centre and an enormous choice of good restaurants. Last but not least an interesting night live! The diversified 20 km long sandy beach offers something for everyone, different sport activities, calm areas, beach bars, cliffy bays in the nature reserve, great for diving and snorkeling. Monte Pego is situated exactely between Valencia and Alicante, both airports can be reached within 1 hour 10 minutes.
