Run Down Place Didn’t Know they Use VRBO

When I got there, they had no idea about my reservation. They said they haven’t used Vrbo in 2 years and it took them 20 minutes to find the login to confirm my reservation. Pretty run down place, but cleaned daily and had the most hot water I have had on my trip.
