Between the beach of Pors Carn and the picturesque fishing port of Saint-Guénolé, this house offers an idyllic setting for swimming, lounging and surfing enthusiasts, while immersing you in the Breton authenticity with its colourful boats, lively fish markets and unique maritime atmosphere.
The new house is located in a housing estate, is modern and nicely decorated. It features a spacious living area in an open concept, promoting gatherings. The fully equipped kitchen (induction hobs, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle) will allow you to prepare delicious meals for your family or friends. Then share convivial moments around the dining table and relax in the welcoming living room, with its blue sofa and colourful rug, ideal for a coffee chat or relaxing moments in front of the television.
Capable of accommodating up to 8 people, the house has 4 bedrooms. The first, with a queen-size bed, is located on the ground floor, offering a restful white cocoon. The other three bedrooms, located upstairs, include two double beds, with attic rooms for two of them, and a final bedroom with two single beds.
On sunny days, you will enjoy gathering in the recently landscaped garden to share breakfast, have fun with the children or simply enjoy a nap in the sun. Sunbeds are available if you wish to relax in the sun.
You will also find two bathrooms, an independent toilet, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a balcony, a plancha, a parasol and two outdoor parking spaces to complete the amenities of this accommodation.
