SKY HOME PROVIDING EVERYTHING NEEDED TO RELAX & ENJOY!

We have owned and managed gulf front property for over 20 years. We have enjoyed sharing our properties with our guests. Our guests have made priceless memories with their families and friends over the years, which they have shared many of those memories with us. We chose Portofino Island Resort due to the location, beautiful condos and the full suite of amenities offered.

The view upon opening the front door is why our condo is called a Sky Home. From the 18th floor, you will see unobstructed views of the Gulf! This is the "first impression" that our guests get to experience.

Portofino consists of 28 acres located on a pristine stretch of nature preserved land bordering both the Gulf and the tranquil waters of the Santa Rosa Sound. In addition, enjoy direct access to several miles of federally protected sugar white sand beaches, complete with the renowned emerald green and turquoise waters of the Gulf. On a daily basis our guests can enjoy the Gulf Beach, Santa Rosa Sound, and federally protected Gulf Island National Seashore Park ALL within walking distance!

The condo includes an open floor plan featuring spectacular Gulf views, allowing breathtaking views from every room! Beautifully furnished 1,333 square foot Sky Home with a king bed in the master bedroom, queen bed in guest bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. TVs in each bedroom as well as in living area. The condo has all the luxuries of home. In addition, there are 2 RESERVED PARKING SPACES in the covered garage for our guests. Additional parking outside at the ground level is available.

Last but not least are ALL the amenities offered by Portofino Island Resort. Below is a list of what is offered:
-Each tower has a large outdoor pool with hot tub, umbrella tables, chairs and sunbathing lounges, in addition to restrooms,
-5 Rubico (clay) tennis courts,
-State of the art fitness gym located in the Lifestyle center,
-Indoor heated pool located in the Lifestyle center,
-2 Outdoor infinity pools with hot tubs outside the Lifestyle center where you can sit poolside and enjoy food and drink service right at your lounge chair,
-Full service Spa in Lifestyle center,
-Gift shop in Lifestyle center,
-Starbucks in Lifestyle center,
-Coastal restaurant offering breakfast, lunch and fine dinner dining in Lifestyle center,
-Portofino al Fresco is a casual outdoor restaurant in Lifestyle center,
-Cobalt poolside bar in Lifestyle center,
-Rental of bikes, scooters, kayaks, surf boards, paddle boards, boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrellas all on the property,
-For additional fees, there are more adventures for families to enjoy, and

We LOVED our time here. The condo was perfect. Both room had gulf views, as did the living room--sunsets all around! The unit was comfortable, had everything we needed and more, and really felt like a home away from home. Owner was communicative and helpful and the complex itself was also nice with amenities like having dinner delivered to our room from the restaurant, which was SO nice on a night when were tired and didn't wish to cook or go out. Easy access to beach. Truly, a perfect spot. We hope to come back again and again!

Beautiful property with great amenities. The only area of improvements would be basic cooking ingredients such as spices and cooking oil. Also would have been nice to have shampoo and body wash in the shower.

Overall, we had a terrific stay! Having the water views from all rooms was amazing. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony the most. Easy walk to the beach. The host was very welcoming and kind. Our only hesitation on staying here again would be the bed in the second room- it was very soft and we rolled to the middle (tried w/o topper as well) so we didnt sleep well and were sore in am. A brighter light over the dining table would have been nice. Otherwise, the place was roomy and great.

This is on the 18th floor. It is a beautiful condo. The staff are all friendly and polite. The place is across the street from the beach. We enjoyed our nights on the lanai with a bottle of wine each night. Easy check in, easy check out. A great place to stay-totally recommend!

Wonderful Escape!

This place was perfection! We had the best time and the views were amazing! We appreciated the chairs and setup on the balcony as we sat there to eat breakfast every morning and to just chill and read. Loved hearing the waves and watching the surf with dolphins at 8am every morning. It had everything we needed and we loved the welcome snacks too! We hope to be back again. Thank you for sharing your little slice of paradise.

Great Condo, Great View

We loved getting to stay at this condo! The entire place was comfortable and had everything we needed. We think it’s also one of the best views you can have since you can see both the beach and the bay. Looking forward to coming back again next year!

Beautiful resort. Everything is as described. Phenomenal views from condo. Very comfortable everywhere in residence. Fitness center is clean, welcoming, and has a great view which conpletes it. Quiet and relaxing while we were there. No need to get out first thing in am for pool chairs. Enjoy that cup of coffee in am or glass of wine in pm siiting on balcony. Plenty of good restaurants down the street, but downtown Pensacola fun to visit too. Always love those walks on the beach. Great place!!
