It is the perfect choice for families, offering newly decorated and comfortable accommodations for up to six guests.

The spacious open-concept living area features comfortable furnishings, ideal for relaxation after a day of sun-soaked adventures. Enjoy your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV or step out onto the private balcony, ideal for lounging as you immerse yourself in the scenic beauty of Pensacola Beach – the perfect spot for savoring your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening.

The freshly renovated kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make you feel at home, boasting granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Gather around the dining room table with seating for six and additional seating at the bar for four guests, or choose to dine al fresco on the private balcony, where you can soak in the stunning views.

The primary bedroom offers a relaxing retreat, featuring a king-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, a closet, and a wall of windows with balcony access overlooking emerald green waters. There is a newly renovated ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and a bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Additionally, the living room provides extra sleeping arrangements with a queen sleeper sofa.

Additional amenities include a washer, dryer, and Wi-Fi for added convenience.

Room was clean. There was a bug in the bathtub but didn’t see any after. (Didn’t tell the wife) Ocean / Beachfront views are great! Unfortunately the weather wasn’t good.. The annoying:No bathroom counter space. The bad:The mattress and squeaky bed in the master. The quality of the paper products?!? Come on man
 Paying good money per night for cheap ass 1 ply toilet paper, tissues, and paper towels! 1 of 2 elevators in the place workedWe stayed 4 nights. It was chilly.. Hot tub was not working 2 of the nights.. No direct access to maintenance.. I reported the hot tub wasn’t working. (Twice) Apparently they didn’t acknowledge the first. Bad luck I guess..

Great condo!

We had the best time! Check in was easy. Room was clean and the view was amazing! This room was on the 16th floor of 17 floors. Conveniently located to all of the shops/restaurants. The beach chairs included was a great perk! Thank you!

Mesmerizing View of Water!

Beautiful view was worth everything! Nice condo but cleaning crew could do better on bath tub cleaning. The beds could use an extra blanket and dishes could stand to be washed better between stays. But over all it was a very nice stay.

Nice condo with excellent view

Property is comfortable. Coffee makers and nice Ninja blender and nutri bullet provided. You will need to bring kitchen towels. I highly recommend Joe Patti's fish market and cook seafood in to save $

Perfect location

Great condo in a great location. The positives are it was Very clean and had an amazingly beautiful view of the gulf! It’s gated and very safe. The pools are nice and clean and my husband loved the hot tub. The view from 16th floor is endless! Loved that the unit comes with two free chairs/umbrella! The property inside and out is well maintained. Parking was a breeze never had a problem finding a spot. We do lots of laundry with kids so loved having washer dryer in unit. There were some minor drawbacks but nothing that would prevent us from renting here again and I only say them so that it can help someone have a better idea of what to expect- not to complain. They only have two elevators for 16 floors which can lead to very long wait times. The beds are a little too firm for my comfort and there was only one very thin blanket for each bed. We didn’t think about what all we would need until we needed it :) like nonstick cooking spray, trash bags (they supply one), paper towels (a partial roll was supplied for us), dishwasher pack (two were supplied but we needed more as we ran the dishwasher daily), laundry detergent (one Individual box for one load was supplied). There was a salt shaker but the pepper shaker was empty. We were told there was not a keurig coffee maker and only a drip machine that uses filters. So we brought ground coffee and filters. Once we arrived we found there was a keurig coffee maker that uses pods. There is only one spatula and 3 coffee mugs. Again, all very minor things but hopefully this will help someone be more prepared than we were . Overall we loved it. Would 100% stay here again!

We had a nice stay but a couple of things we needed wasn’t available kitchen knife, blender and a Keurig to use would have been nice for the price of the condo. I would recommend calling first to make sure what you need is available.
