Perfect for families or groups, this beautifully appointed retreat sleeps up to 8 guests and offers the ideal combination of comfort, convenience, and stunning coastal views.

This Gulf-front condo features two private balconies overlooking the water and is uniquely located next to the community swimming pool. Guests are just steps from the beach dune walkover, making beach access quick and easy.

Love the location and size of this property. The beach was never crowded, even though it was a busy time of year. The only downside was that the air conditioner never dropped below 74 degrees. It was comfortable for the most part but we all would have slept better if it were a little cooler. Ceiling fans would be a nice upgrade!This is a roomy, comfortable condo. Our family of 7 had plenty of space.

Minutes from the Boardwalk/Restaurants, just steps from the beach and easy access being first floor. Trade off is less Gulf view because of the sand dunes, higher floors have complete view of Gulf.
