1312 Via de Luna.

This beautifully appointed home is perfect for gathering with loved ones. With just over 1,500 square feet of space, a large wraparound deck, and a patio area full of cozy seating, it offers the ideal setting for enjoying Florida’s sun-drenched coast.



This property features a generous driveway and a spacious wraparound deck—ideal for sunbathing, playing cornhole, or simply soaking up the beach vibes. The cobblestone patio downstairs area offers a family-friendly hangout complete with kids' toys and a built-in grill island, making it easy to relax and entertain all ages.

Bedroom 3: Full Bunk (full top/full bottom) + Twin Bunk (twin top/twin bottom)- Four beds total in this room

Bathroom 2: double vanity with shower/tub combo

Beds for 9. Max allowed is 10.

AND a convenient, enclosed outdoor shower—so you can leave the sand where it belongs: outside.



Have a short walk to the beach and a trolley stop a block away (Pensacola Beach Trolley is FREE and runs Memorial Weekend to Labor Day).



No contact arrival (go straight to the house for lockbox)



PLEASE NOTE:

- Cameras are active in the outdoor areas, including the deck and lower level, to ensure house parties are not occurring.

- Stairs required. House is on stilts.

-Top story of the house is not part of the rental. It's not viewed in any of the pictures except the shots of the entire house from the road. There are stairs inside (it has a private entrance). It remains empty during guest stays.

BOOKING



Must be 25+ to reserve. Parents cannot reserve for a child under 25 years of age.

Guest Access:

Full access to the ground level and second story of the house. Third story is not accessible.



The Neighborhood:

Right off the main access road - easy drive to shops and restaurants. The trolley stop is a block away (Pensacola Beach Trolley is FREE and runs Memorial Weekend to Labor Day). The beach is a short walk behind the house (around the corner).
